I don't write many yelp reviews. Average doesn't get reviews. A place has to REALLY impress me. Or in this case, disappoint me. I've lived a block from Marrazzo's for years, I had been already aware of their terrible reputation and would never bring a vehicle there. Unfortunately, our insurance company had our car brought there after being in a minor accident. I genuinely wish I could give negative stars. This is hands down the worst service I've received from a mechanic. Ever. Period. "Completion date" was 12 days from the accident. Not complete. Second date given was a week after that. Nothing. Third date a week later. Nothing. Fourth date a week later. Nothing, again. Fifth date, (and over $600 in rental car costs, mind you) the repair was done - overcharged, and poorly assembled. Phone calls were met with nasty attitudes and poor excuses. "Things happen. People have lives outside of fixing your car." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? If "it takes time to get parts in" then just MAYBE you should have found out when the part was going to arrive before giving us an "estimated date." Moreover, maybe when you realized the repair was going to take an OVER AN EXTRA MONTH you should have - I don't know - TOLD US??? After the insurance company got fed up they got involved, and we got the vehicle back the following day. HOWEVER, despite the cosmetics being handled, it was retuned in worse condition than it was taken to them in. Intentional? Hard to believe it wasn't considering there was no damage to the roof or wheel well during the accident. Especially when bringing it to another mechanic they found "evidence of disassembly" and "damage that could not have been caused (to the roof) by a minor rear impact." The car, which simply needed a panel and a bumper, is now being totaled. I couldn't be more appalled in the experience I had here. Don't waste your time, unless you want to be disappointed with the service, price, and quality of work. If your insurance company tows you there - request to go elsewhere. On the other hand, if you want to buy a high-mileage, poorly repaired, overpriced car, their lot outside is perfect. read more

The "manager" Sean, is one of the rudest people you will ever meet. He has zero personality and will promise you things that he cannot fulfill. My car was supposed to be there for four days and it was more than double that time. Sean, claims to be a manager, but answered a question with "I don't know" and then quickly transferred me to someone else for assistance, but failed to even disengage the conversation, or acknowledge of who the person was that I was being transferred to.. That is ridiculous!! Hehas terrible manners and will not talk to you face-to-face because he is a coward. Nothing but problems with this place. I bring my car there, they don't fix the issue. I bring it back. They charge me again. After multiple instances with two different vehicles I gave up. Not only did they treat me horribly, making accusations that I damaged my vehicle AFTER i picked it up and simply blamed them, but their billing situation is out of wack. Do not give this place your business. My grandfather's insurance company recommended this auto body shop to repair a few dents in his car. Marrazzo's employees estimated 4 days for the repair and not only did they hold onto his car for 7 days, when he got his car back it had an extra 468 miles added onto it. He dropped his car off with 797 miles and when he picked it up there was 1265 miles on it. There is no reason why any miles should have been put on his car and this was very upsetting to my grandfather who leases his car and pays for all of his miles. I hope this business gets caught for whatever fishy activity is going on there. read more

I brought my car here after another accident (not my fault folks!). I'm not sure why there are low ratings for this place, the folks I dealt with were nice, my car was finished on time, and it looks and runs great. Cleaner than I dropped it off and all the stuff I normally keep in my trunk but had piled on the back seat so they could easily get to the trunk was all moved back to the trunk. I have been a customer of Marrazzo's for well over 10 years and in the past months the service has drastically gotten worse. I took my vehicle to get an oil change. The oil change was reportedly completed yesterday 12/18/17. However while driving the low oil light comes on. I called yesterday but they had closed. I called again this morning and was told to bring it in today. I had my dad take it in to be told they checked and it's fine.Lexus requires 6 and a half quarts of oil and they only put in 5. Not to mention I had my brakes done a few months back and have had nothing but problems!!! It is sad that after all theses years I will be taking my business elsewhere!!! I was a first time customer at Marazzo's because my insurance company sent me to them as the closest location to my home. I met with Rob who examined my new car and the scratches and dents that I had from a branch falling down on my car and during a bad storm and when I was feeling upset he treated me like "one of the guys" and told me, "We can fix this man and I promise we will make your new car look even better." I dropped my car off there on a Wednesday and then after getting my estimate And Rob told me that he would give me a call with updates about how the repairs were going. I called the next day just to see if they were going to start working on my car but their receptionist who could've been a little bit nicer told me that it's likely that the car would be worked on Monday, which was OK because I was told that it would only be four days of work. Nightmare!! Rude uncaring employees. Kept my car for six days before I finally had it towed out waiting for an estimate. They screwed me for $35 a day in storage and kept telling me they'd have the estimate tomorrow. Tomorrow never came but my $335 bill sure did. $100 of that was for towing so I did owe that but they screwed me for $235 in storage fees while stringing me along. read more

I never write reviews but am so upset with how I was treated today. I called this afternoon about uhaul rentals because you can do after hour pick up per the uhaul site. I wanted to verify this with the shop. I was put on hold by the guy because the uhaul person wasn't there and was given another gentleman who picked up the phone. He was very nice and told me that I can order the uhaul online and call back to let them know it would be after hours. I verified the shop closed at 6 to make sure I called in time. We placed the order online and I called back and got the first guy on the phone. He put me on hold saying he had to figure this out because the uhaul person wasn't there. 20 minutes later (5:55pm) I hung up and called back because I was afraid the phones would switch off. The guy answers the phone and asks how he can help me. I explain I was just on hold for 20 minutes and he tells me that she's not there so what do I want him to do??? How about come back on the phone and tell me this? I even said that to him and his response was well I'm in the phone now so what do you want? He continued to argue with me that my story didn't sound right, even though I have exact times and detailed information. I even had a confirmation email. He told me to call back tomorrow and I explained that I needed the rental for tonight. I recommended calling the gentleman I spoke with and he acted like such a man didn't exist and if he did, he wouldn't have his number. I was beyond frustrated and said I don't want to report the business, I just want help. He then hung up on me. I tried to avoid writing this review, but since I was hung up on, I guess he didn't mind a bad review. I understand this isn't a uhaul business but it's a service that they offer. I even understand if things come up that are out of their control. There is a way to handle that and this wasn't it. read more
