I've been meaning to write this review for Marri for a few years now, though it's been written and rewritten in my head many times. So get ready, here it goes! I found Marri through Yelp as I was searching myself where to go for my first "down south" wax. Her other Yelp reviews were very encouraging and kind of took the "scare" out of getting waxed, so I decided to go for it. I've been a loyal client of Marri's now for 2 years and all of her Yelp reviews are true. I am a "tough" customer and I think there is no excuse for poor customer service, it is in my opinion what makes a company great. Marri's customer service and waxing bedside manner are unparalleled to any other experience in Sonoma County or beyond! She is always ready to "fit" you in when you text her in panic about that last minute special occasion waxing need. Once a client, she faithfully texts you with your 4 week reminders; though I'm pretty sure that the ability to braid your hair is also a very good indication that you need Marri's services. She is always in the best mood, cares about you personally and she can pick up the conversation exactly where it ended 4 weeks before at your last weed whacking session! I'm not sure how she does this, maybe she takes notes when I leave but she never ceases to amaze me. I can't say enough positive things about Marri's professionalism or about her personally; she really is an amazing human being and I highly recommend her for all your "down south" waxing needs! read more

I've been a client of Marri's for so many years now that I can't remember how long its been. It's like any great relationship, the years go by fast and you're always eager for the years to come. Marri is more than superb at her craft of waxing (and before her I waxed for years with several people-- she is second to none). But Marri is so good that she keeps your mind off the fact that your tender vittles and holiest of holy's is out in the open air and pretty much all up in her face. There's no judgement, there's no uncomfortable silence. Marri puts you right at ease and genuinely wants to catch up with you about your life, friends, family, career, etc. I don't even think about the fact I'm having hair assertively (but lovingly) yanked from the follicle of my petals, I think, "Oh yay! I get to see Marri!" Bottom line. She's the best Brazilian waxer and I always leave our appointment feeling happier than when I arrived. Marri should be blazoned as a National Treasure. read more

The only woman who can make you feel comfortable and confident while getting your puss waxed! Marri does nothing other than miracle work when it comes to waxing.. She is very precise and speedy with what she does and 100% clean & sterile! Every client of hers has their own personal wax tube so you know there are no double-dips in a waxing kit here in Vagina Land! If you're anything like me, you'd like the pain to be over with ASAP, and that's one of the reasons Marri is the best. After two appointments with Marri and seriously, the best wax appt. ever! So easy, and as painless as it can be (given the location lol) but Marri does an awesome job, makes you super comfortable. Each person gets their own individual wax bottle with your name on it when you get there. It's in a really cute tanning salon with awesome bathing suits too :) I drive 40min to see marri, so if you're around the area you should definitely make a trip to see her. When i started getting bikini waxes i was very uncomfortable. Marri is great at not making it an awkward at all! She's fabulous at waxing the sensitives, but she's also fabulous at distracting with good conversation. She's personable and likes to hear about the latest news in my life (love life/sex life) - this helps with getting through it pain-free and helps as a reminder to why I'm getting it done in the first place! :) She also sends 4 week text message reminders - and is great at getting back to you with short notice. Marri is simply the best there is! She's fast (gets you in and out in under 10 minutes!) but is extremely detail oriented and thorough. Hands Down the best wax you will EVER have! I'm from Sonoma county but go to college in southern California, and I've tried out tons of waxers from both areas...not one of them compares to Marri! I'd put off waxing for a while but decided to give it another go and I'm so happy I came to see me Marri. It does hurt but she was done before I knew it.
