My better half stumbled on an ad for a vehicle that seemed a little under the going rate, but it had all the options we needed, so we decided to check it out. What I loved most about the experience was how everyone in the dealership worked together. Ilene helped us into a good vehicle that was well inside our price range, and handled all the documentation for us over the course of an afternoon, while we waited for the adjusters to cut the check. Mike got us all signed out that day, and Mohamed made sure the car was ready to go after they found one TPMS sensor disconnected on the final check. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and I could even turn my rental in a full day early and close the entire experience with a newer vehicle that my family really enjoys. Thank you!

I brought my vehicle in at the beginning of the year for a simple oil change and to address a rearview camera issue. I was told the part needed to fix the camera was out of stock and they'd call when it arrived. That call never came. Fast forward nearly six months, my A/C stops working--on a car that's not even a year old. I bring it in again and remind them that the rearview camera is still not working. Shortly after, I receive a call from service advisor, who not only tells me that the camera was supposedly fixed months ago (which was news to me), but goes on to argue with me about it. I had paperwork proving otherwise. This mistake was conveniently blamed on a previous advisor who had since been fired, which I was told was "deserved." What do you know? Suddenly, the camera is magically repaired within a week. So much for that "part being out of stock" for six months. But that's just where the headache began. Over the next 6 weeks, I played endless games of phone tag. When I did get someone on the line, I was repeatedly told, "early next week" or "just a few more days." Spoiler alert: those promises were never kept. Finally, after about five or six weeks, I'm informed they broke something in my dash and had to replace the entire thing. After 48 days, I'm told it's finally done and will be ready to pick up the next morning. I called around 12:30 PM to confirm and was told it was finished and just being detailed and they'd call me back when it was ready. No call came. By 4:30 PM, I decided to just show up. I walk into the service department and not only am I met with blank stares and annoyed attitudes, but when I tell them I'm here to pick up my car, I'm treated like an inconvenience. Eventually, "my service advisor"finishes a phone call and goes to get my car, only to tell me it was just about to be detailed. So...what was happening at 12:30 when I was told it was already being detailed? At this point, I didn't care and just wanted my car back, so I dealt with their trash left inside my car because I wanted to leave. To top it off, when I returned the loaner (which they acted like they didn't have any when I first asked for one and it was a nuisance that I was asking), the person at the loaner desk also had an attitude. I assume actually doing her job must've been the issue. So after 7 weeks without my car, being lied to, argued with, and treated like a burden, I'm done. My family has purchased 8 trucks and SUV's from Feldman Chevrolet of Livonia over the last 7 years or so and that ends now. We will not be returning for service or for future purchases.

I trust them 100% for their honest evaluation and recommendation. I know zero about cars, and they always educate me and provide options. When my teenager hit a deer and had a bit of bumper damage they found an inexpensive way to hide the damage without having to fully replace the bumper (which I didn't want to do on an older car) so it looks almost like new. I have several German cars and hands down will never take them anywhere else. (I do not personally know the owners or anyone who works there). I scheduled my appointment online, and was on time and even a little early, a drop off for an oil change and after 3 and a half hours of waiting and no oil change I asked for my car and left. I have an older BMW and it was just an oil change so I felt like they just put me on the back burner and made me feel unimportant. I've been to BMW dealerships in Grand Rapids and Traverse City and never had a problem and always had great customer service. Will not return and I have already found other places that seem glad to have my business.

I had them look underneath the car to look for damage. They saw some scrapes, but said it narrowly missed the fuel line and brake line, and that the inside surfaces of the tires were fine. They could have easily billed me for all sorts of expensive repairs, but didn't. I left the area for several years. When I knew I was coming back, I just logged repairs that other mechanics suggested. When I got back to Ann Arbor, I gave Marv the list, and asked for his opinion. He looked the car over thoroughly, explained why several of the "repairs" were not necessary, and did the ones that needed doing. From being a low-income grad student in the '80's to today, I have never had a mechanic anywhere I've lived (Cleveland, Salt Lake City, Buffalo, ...) who I have trusted as much. Marv is one of a kind. The only draw back - this is a small operation. If he's out for lunch or a doctor's appointment, there is no back up. So if he doesn't answer the phone, be patient. He'll get back to you.

I sent my car in complaining about a really loud grinding when I brake, figured my brakes needed replacing. I also asked them to change a burnt out bulb in my rear light. Got a call to come pick up the car and they said my brakes looked great and the noise was probably coming from excessive rain..... and that when they looked at the car the light wasn't burnt out on my brake, that they "stuck their finger in there and wiggled it around to make sure it" I don't even know but the light was still out when I picked up. Took it somewhere else for a second opinion because no ones brakes are okay when they sound this way. My brakes were frozen and warped in the rear and they even sent a picture along. Absolutely unacceptable service. I called and left a message, didn't hear anything back so took my business elsewhere. I'm adding the voicemail from them saying my brakes look great. Unbelievable.

Instead of fixing my sensor - the thing I paid them to do - they lied they aligned/calibrated it and did nothing else. Not to mention, when calling to ask about what they could do to change my opinion/review, I straight up told them that if they would fix the part that they should've (since I've already paid for it) but fix it for "free" (aka don't charge me again???) that I would be pleased and would be more than happy to delete the review. They claimed that they would call me back to see "what they could do" and yet I never heard from them again. It's been over a year and my car's crash sensor was never fixed nor acknowledged again. I have photo evidence of my original review. My original review was: "Very nasty and disrespectful towards women in the service department. Every time I asked a question I'd receive a condescending answer with a cocked head and scrunched face from frank. Very unprofessional. However, when he spoke to my dad or any male - it was with upmost respect." Furthermore they are overpriced and don't do what was asked - again they did NOT fix my sensor.

They managed some wizardry and reprogrammed the seat so that it did not move, which works great for me.
