After assuring me that a spot on my recliner should be able to come out completely (it was just a buildup of hair products) he got right to work. In no time he was finished and my 5 year old chair looked new again. I forgot to take a "before" photo, but the " after" photo shows a 5 year old recliner that looks brand new. Today Marshall cleaning survive came out to clean 1500 square feet of carpet in our home as well as a large sectional custom couch. The service tech Jack was about as professional and hard working as they come with an exceptional Attitude. He ran into a technical problem with the equipment but quickly found a solution to the problem. We have four dogs in the family and a new puppy whom has had a few accidents. Jack used some pet treatment some deodorizer and then proceeded with high steam cleaning. He took his time and worked hard to make our house smell new again. I was skeptical at first but completely satisfied when they were finished. I will definitely use Marshall cleaning service again and most definitely ask for Jack. Quite possibly the worst pressure washing company I have ever seen I have been using pressure washer companies with my job for the last 20 years and I have never met anybody or a company more incompetent we had them pressure wash our community The amount of damage caused an outlet destroyed a Rubbermaid cabinet destroyed water underneath peoples door I know that happens but when you sit there with the pressure washer and hold it directly under somebody's door guess what water comes in Vehicles completely covered in dirt and grime no effort was made to clean the vehicle when they did this to the vehicle they ran away was forced to come back out to finish the buildings that they were contracted to do. There is no supervision with this company at all I would give them my -5 stars if I could they may be good for really really small jobs but big jobs please go with somebody else a more reputable company. read more

I called this place to get my large sectional couch cleaned before having guests. I was looking for a same day service at the end of the day and they were able to accommodate that which is great. I ordered a basic wash for the couch instead of a detailed wash. I think this was my bad. Regardless, when I expressed I wasn't satisfied they sent Jack the carpet cleaner back promptly the next morning and he exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly professional about it and Jack is an awesome guy, hard worker, with a great personality. I think the way a business handles a customer complaint is incredibly important and this place handled it very well. Be very clear about exactly what you want when you call in and you will not have the small issue I did. This place has earned my business for life. read more

Marshall Cleaning has a VERY disappointing communication issue revolving around our service this past Saturday. I scheduled my appointment to start at noon on Saturday, March 3rd. I received a phone call on Thursday, March 1st that my appointment would need to be rescheduled to 1:30 PM. I agreed apprehensively since I preferred noon as scheduled but still required the service. On Saturday, 1:30 PM came and went and my husband called the main line at 1:50 PM to ask what happened to our service. No one had called and no one had arrived at our house. The lady told my husband that she was "Sorry, but the tech was running behind and would arrive at 2:45 PM instead". Would anyone like to inform the customer of this change? What else could we do but agree to wait? Fast forward to 2:14 PM and we get a phone call from the technician that he will arrive at 2:45 PM. He arrives at 3:00 PM and quickly gets to work and is apologetic for the day we've endured waiting on his arrival without communication from the office staff. I will say that the tech did an excellent job on our carpets and this is in no way aimed at him. We appreciate his sincerity and his work. It's a shame I have to write a negative review on the company when the service from the tech was actually quite wonderful. However, we do need to address scheduling. We changed up our entire afternoon to work around Marshall Cleaning Service's schedule. I'm unsure where the communication disconnect occurred but you do not reschedule on a customer twice - once with notice and once without. This truly makes me rethink using Marshall Cleaning in the future and I certainly wouldn't recommend others to use the company either since the scheduling is so unreliable. Bad news. 1. Undependable scheduling. A Friday appointment turned into a Thursday appointment and that became a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Then tech arrived at 0945! No advance warning. 2. "Shuck-and-jive" pricing #1: Tech did not arrive with all materials to clean a rust spot off a patio. The owner said it would be an extra charge for tech to return to warehouse to fetch this product. Not good. 3. "Shuck-and-jive" pricing #2: Owner tried to tell me I was getting a huge discount when price quoted by tech was $10.00 higher than phone quote. The receptionist, Ann, took my scheduled appointment over the phone. She was very personable and did an outstanding job taking my reservation. Zach was the tech who did my driveway. He showed up 10 to 15 minutes early. He did an outstanding job on our driveway. This company has done our driveway twice over the years and has exceeded our expectations on both occasions. My wife and I would highly recommend this company from the driveway cleanings and the excellent exterior house cleaning they did a couple years back. read more
