I was given Jason Wilson's name at Avon Dixon Insurance from another driver so I contacted him and he could not have been more helpful. He answered the numerous questions I had promptly and even at night when he was not at work. Jason was able to get the insurance at 21000 under my name. After all of that Derek had the audacity to question my integrity by telling the owner that he needed to look into that something was shady. I would never do anything shady and neither would Jason. I would never falsify any information and he is just mad that he lost commission because the insurance is through the same company. In the year since, we had zero claims, but HMS decided to drop us out of the blue. No other company would insure our association. HMS came back and said that they'll keep us only if we pay an additional $28K a year (~90% increase) and the deductible increases from $5K to $10K. I understand raising the deductible, but the premium increase is outrageous and only serves to promote the stereotype that insurance companies are only after profits...typical 1% mentality. I am disgusted with this company. We have no recourse and the already struggling families that live in our building will have to pay even more into the association coffers as a result of someone's poor decision at HMS.

In less than 24 hours, he was able to take all the information, work with the underwriter/carrier, and bind a policy, so that settlement could take place as scheduled (a minor miracle!).
