We made an appointment to come in today 12/4/23 at noon. I called at 830am and requested a phone consult due to my wife not feeling well. I didnt get a call back so at 930 I called to confirm they got the message. I was told that the computer said they had no messages. I told her that I needed to move the in person to a phone consult. I was told thats fine we will call u at noon. Well noon came and went. I called at 1pm and was told the attorney was in a meeting and no one in the office realized that no one called is for the consult or to say it was going to be later in the day. They just wanted to book on another day when they had free time. Dont let the reviews of this place fool you. Total disorganization and chaos. We will be looking for another law firm. Reply to Mr Marshall's post, Mr. Marshall took the time to reply to my yelp posting when he could have called us to mend the issue his staff created. Since we where told he was in and important meeting and was busy all day. Mr. Marshall says he likes to meet in person when I first talked to his staff they pushed for a phone consult. I have only spoken to his assistant a total of 3 times. Once when the first meeting was set. Second when I asked for a phone consult. 3rd when I called to say no one has called us. As for booking another day she was trying to put us with a paralegal not Mr Marshall. I guess you dont know what your staff is doing. You have our number but couldnt even call is. read more

I started to look at places and decided on this one. When I first went in, I was all shaken up, I didn't know who was with me or against me. My husband and I are clients of Marshall Injury Law. We were hit from behind in June and backed into in August. In the first accident we were referred to Mr. Marshall and he got us in right away. The first thing he asked is "Are you okay". Not for show but because he actually cares. He told us what we needed to do, was really honest about what to expect. He does not promise a "get rich quick" ending. His purpose is to protect you. We did not get a large settlement from the first accident and that was because treatment was over pretty quick because we did not have a major injury. The second accident occurred just after we finished therapy for the first accident. This one was not so easy, I had a lot of pain that would just not go away. Mr. Marshall and his staff helped me get the right help. It took a while (almost a year) but in the end I felt better and he fought to get me enough money to help if I needed anything else to complete my recovery. I don't want to short change his staff either. They were there every step of the way checking on us and answering any question we had. And they are just great people. When you are looking for an attorney consider what you're getting. A big firm with lots of adds and the attorney on tv is probably not who you will be working with unless it's some huge case that managed to hit the news.
