That being said... I have had a policy with Erie through Anderson Hyman Group since I started driving 13 years ago. In the past year, I have gotten married and bought a house. I bought a new car a few months ago and Ed didn't even update my address. There has been no attempt by this office to maintain any type of relationship. I have moved my auto, house, and other policies to a different company with an agent who is interested in developing and keeping a relationship with their clients instead of just being treating their customers like a number. In addition, when I requested the cancellation of my policy, I did not even hear from Ed and I did not receive any questions into the nature of my cancellation thus proving that they simply don't care. Maybe I wasn't a big enough fish for them to care about when I was 20yrs old with a state min auto policy but man did you all miss the boat. Good riddance.

That's what a professional relationship looks like. Then, just 2 months later we get charged an additional $1,700 for the homeowners policy due which we were never contacted about by the agency. Talk about "shady" business practices.
