The other guy I just got my watches back from took five minutes to address this issue and found that the battery terminals had been BENT on this and another Swiss watch, which was keeping the battery from connecting properly on either. This is after dropping the first watch off TWICE for WEEKS. I sure am glad I didn't listen to BOD. Replacing the movement would have totaled my watch. A to Z on Harlem saved me hundreds of dollars. It took them five minutes. Cost me $10. F- Absolute ineptitude.

I originally brought my watch to Evergreen Jewelry and they quoted me $8 to replace the battery. Not bad at all, I was once charged $20 at the mall to replace it. However, they couldn't open the casing to replace the batteries and they suggested I try Central Port Emporium. They were able to replace my watch battery and for cheaper too, only $5! I wouldn't suggest bringing a nice watch to get your battery replaced here (Rolex, Rado, etc) but for something like a Armani watch, it's perfectly capable.

It was the best ring shopping experience we could have asked for. Not only did we receive outstanding service and recommendations from Jim Bern, Marshall Pierce had exactly what we were after and within our budgets. We had a short engagement so we were pleased they could work with us and our schedule. I have worked with Jerry Bern for the last 30 years, and he is the ONLY jeweler in Chicago that I trust. Period. Between myself and my extended family, we have purchased 6 solitairre diamonds from Marshall Pierce, all ranging from 1 carat to over 3.5 carats. Every time, Jerry provides a low-pressure, honest sales approach. He works overtime to ensure that he finds the stone that is perfect for our situation and budget. And I never worry about future diamond upgrades, as he honors his past sales. I have NOT found that level of commitment and trust with ANY of the other jewelers in Chicago. We worked with Saul Hernandez who was not only knowledgeable of their products, but very personable. During our first visit, we told Saul we were just beginning to shop for a new timepiece. There was no pressure and after asking what we were looking for, he proceeded to show us what he had in his inventory, but other options that could be ordered. Afterwards, we visited many other retailers in Chicago, but ended up back at Marshall Pierce today and purchased an IWC timepiece. We could not happier!!!
