They have all the fixings to start you on a d&d adventure including dice, books and figurines. They have cards upon cards for magic the gathering along with the binders, card covers and card boxs. Love comics? They have those too! Best part? You can order things from their site to get sent to your home or the store and it even has a wishlist feature so they can let you know when they get something in stock! My husband was giddy- "Ace, look! I can shop from my computer!" So, if you have a nerdy significant other, stop into the store or check out their online shop to give your love an amazing gift, maybe a Valentine's gift. After discussing this on the phone, he agreed to partially refund me for the hardship. Several months later, I dropped the fake card off and he texted me to deny that he sold me the card but that he would "honor the $7 store credit offer". Notably, this is not the remedy we agreed upon on the phone. It is unfortunate that after spending a significant amount of money at this store, I have been met with such dishonest behavior. I write this review only to warn shoppers to be careful of what they buy. If hardship may occur, do not depend on Rich to make you whole. You will be disappointed.

The other two I dealt with were just as bad. I have dropped thousands here and they still treat me with disdain, it leaves a sensation of debilitating bitterly burning regret in the pit of my stomach. Went for some Pokemon cards and the packs were definitely resealed. Probably bought around 10-15…read morepacks and the cards were in the wrong order, they ripped too easily or in weird spots, and they overall just looked funky and messed with. No full arts in 10-15 packs can happen, but pretty suspicious when the packs are already looking and feeling weird. You could tell they tried to replace the hit cards with cheap half art EX's. The best piece of evidence was when another person bought some packs before me and came right back because some of the packs were already opened. Don't know about the comics but huge scam for cards.
