The problem did not get better immediately I was angry about the sound from the undercarriage that was taken off. However after two to three days the situation greatly improved so I will give it 4 stars. I recently visited Marshalls because my car was running rough. When I came in the man behind the counter informed me that he was busy but could look at my car the next day. So I went back. He greeted me told me that he could have my car done on time and he did. When I returned for my car he handed me the keys told me what the problem was and charged me virtually nothing. Agree with the others. I've been taking my older, beat up cars to Marshall's for years and Steve is always spot on with recommending only what needs to be done to fix the problem at hand and get the car back on the road. He has taken on a nasty oil leak and intermittent (the worst kind, right?) electrical problem and was able to permanently fix the problems for a fair price. He was also quick to tell me when it was time to get rid of a car. Several times I've been quoted on a repair somewhere else (seriously, why did I take it somewhere else?!?) and then take it over to Marshall's to be told "You don't need to all of that." Invariably I'm back on the road at a fair price that is much lower than the first quote. Count me as a fan and be sure and give Marshall's a chance if you are in the area. read more
