Its a sad day. Today…read moreI have finally put a self-imposed no Macy's shopping guideline in my life. So I went into this location, as I bought a pair of pants in February, and yesterday while at another Macy's the saw the same pants on the clereance rack for $6.99. I paid full price for them in February...so I decided to go in today for a price adjustment on the pants...they still have the price tags on them. Macy's use to give you 90 days for price adjustments....well that is no longer the case. They now have a 10 day price adjustment policy. Now u may say....10 days...thats what most stores offer....well if I'm going to get a Target return/price adjustment policy, then I'll just do my shoppin at Target. So u know me...being a smarty pants, I tell the lady, well I'll just return them and rebuy them back. Nope...cant do it. We have to put the item out on the floor for 24-hours before we can allow a person to rebuy them. I even told her that I'd use a different card to pay for the items, instead of the one she was issuing the refund to....nope...cant do it. The lady did allow me to put the items on hold for until tommorrow and then come back in and buy them over...but I was out in Douglasville today handling some business...who says I want to take that drive again tommorrow to buy back some pants I already havent worn in two months. A sad day......indeed!

Really only had two brands but they were nice. Quality material. Got two for myself and one as an early Father's Day gift. The men's dressing room was a little hard to find and like most clothing stores was primarily tailored towards women, but for 6/7ish on a Saturday ever customer service desk had someone behind it. Everyone was very friendly which you do not see a lot, especially in in the mall department stores. I checked out some other clothes, a lot were what I would consider overpriced. I thought it would be a shame to see the plaza go under because there is a Target, Ross, Marshall's and Rack Room Shoes in this plaza and I enjoy shopping at all of them. Now they have opened a Kirkland's and Anna's Linens in the past couple of months. This plaza is always clean as you drive through. Basic hours seem to be 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM for most of the stores. Parking can some times be a little tight in some of the parking spaces and they fill up quickly.
