11/3/2019 TJ Maxx located in the Target shopping center at the Camp Creek Marketplace. I had always heard about TJ Maxx, but never really shopped there. I decided to go inside and see what was going on inside. I am now a fan of TJ MAXX! They have everything a girl can want for including name brand items for cheaper prices. Although they had a long line, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Great customer service at the cash register. I will definitely return! read more

This TJMAXX always has goodies for the whole family! Whether you need luggage, skincare, or home decor TJ has you covered. I love shopping their skincare aisle-MAC, NARS, Clinique & Mario Badescu are some of my faves. The staff is always on the floor & a greeter at the entrance. Store is spacious, not cluttered & crowded like some of these other discount retailers are. I live in the area & I shop here regularly. Definitely recommend! read more

The security guard in this store is creepy. I walked in with my girlfriend and he instantly starts staring. While I was changing in the changing room he comes to the back and gets as close as possible to her. Then later when we are about to leave he walks by her AGAIN and then stares at her chest. A security guard is supposed to be protect us from creeps not be one. read more

Only reason I give it a two star is because it's convenient and the people try hard. However the character of people that run that facility and that marketplace has to be lower than whale crap. It is always nasty up there on Camp Creek. No one takes care of the garbage the way they should. Not to mention every store next to it is the same way. And I hate to even think about what the back of the building looks like. If it was Alpharetta, Roswell or Sandy Springs it would be totally untolerable. Go figure why is it like that? The people have to accept garbage and not be aware of the unhealthy environment that it is in. I don't mean to be rude or nasty. But it seems every time I come up to Camp Creek parkway it's the same way. All the facilities over there lack up keep the way they should be, LA Fitness, ROSS, Lowes, Starbucks not mention the JR CRICKET parking lot. Nuff said..... read more

When it comes to TJ Maxx's I normally think seen one, seen them all. This is a new location within the Camp Creek Marketplace, and it sits right next to a Ross and Marshalls, and in the same area as the Target. As of now, the store is well organized and clean. The clothing selection leans more towards the hip hop crowd, and I prefer a more adultish clothing selection. But the food area was a nice selections. I love olives stuffed with Blue Cheese and they are hard to find, so I found a jar of them on the shelves here and it was very nice not to have to spend $9 on something like that. I got them for $4 Great new locations. A good add to this shopping center. read more

I love me some TJ Maxx, but not this one. There is nothing here worth purchasing. In fact, the same can be said of the Marshall's and Ross next door, so I assume this must be the wrong side of town to shop any of these stores. They clearly get the leftovers. read more

Ok TJ Max is what it is and what you expect in a department store. Well I visited this location today and I must say it was more than an average experience. This campcreek location has been open for a few months now and they have improved their customer service and clothing selections since my last visit ( about 4 months ago). The pet dept is small and only have a few selections, but they are just too cute. The shoe dept was small though. maybe it's just me because i have a small foot ( size 6) and there was only 1 side of a rack with my size selections. I thought the purses and luggage were a bit pricey for a TJ MAX, but nice selections. Upon checking out i was asked if I found everythng ok, so I told the cashier (Achisia, I think that was how she spell her name) that I was looking for a sweater that one of the other associates had in her hand and I couldn't find it. She asked me to descibe the staff member and she literally called around on her walky talky until she found her, then she asked her about the sweater, the other assoicate brought the sweater to the register and I purchased that very sweater. I appreciate how she was eager to satisfy and was happy to do it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I was happy with my purchases and the price I paid! read more

I shop at Tj Maxx....No matter what state I'm in. Mz Jay in the jewlery department had excellent customer service.

T.J. Maxx is another discount stores like Ross and marshals you can find pretty much anything here except fresh groceries. TJ Maxx also shared a parking lot with Ross and marshals. read more

I was surprised that this store was nice and neat after going to Ross and the oh so messy Marshall's. They had a huge selection of clothes and handbags and I love the fact that when you first enter the store the women's/ladies clothes are straigjt ahead. Right were they should be! Prices still a little over priced for a discount store. But not as bad as Mardhall's was today. read more

I am extremely offended at the way the store manager (Erica ) at this particular location handled an issue that I had with a defective product that I purchased within the store less than 10 days ago.. I purchased a pair of earrings that stated it was 14k Gold - the item has left my ears sore. She was extremely rude and dismissive due to the fact that I did not have a receipt even though I had the item with the tags attached.. I also told her I would be happy to prove the purchase was made given that I had used my credit card to purchase the item. I understand that without the receipt I would be given a store credit to which I did not have a problem with however she processed to inform me that because the the item cost $179.00 I she would not be able to honor a return without the receipt.. I am very upset at this very unsatisfactory defective purchase and I should not be punished because she believes the price is too high.. I am writing this review as a warning that you should very careful when you purchase any thing from this store especially if it's over $100 they might not honor the return if you loss your receipt and if the item is defective.. I will also be contacting the headquarters about this because this is completely unacceptable and discriminatory due to price.... read more

Don't waste your time and don't bother stopping. I've been to this TJ Maxx several times. By that I mean 15-20. I keep hoping things will change but they don't. The selection is very hit or miss. I can usually find something to buy in TJ's, Marshall's or Home Goods. This store is very hit or miss. Customer service is non existent. I put a great DKNY coat on layaway. Several people had admired it when I was trying it on, including an employee. When I got back to pick up the layaway, all the other items were still there and the coat was gone. I asked for help in finding it, even volunteering to go back in the layaway area to help look for it. The coat was never found. The assistant manager said he would follow up but never did. I stopped in several times to check on the progress of things. There was none. I left several messages for the manager who never called me back. I went as far as the district manager, who again, never called me back. I still love the TJX stores, just not this location. read more
