My aunt and uncle, who were visiting from out of the country, waited over an hour in line to pay. When my uncle handed a few extra items to my aunt to add to her purchase, the manager completely lost it -- started yelling at her in front of everyone, saying she had to go to the back of the line. Then, things got even worse. The manager actually raised her hands in an aggressive way, like she was going to hit my aunt. It was shocking -- people in line saw it and were just as stunned. And instead of de-escalating, the manager called security and had them kicked out like they were criminals. My aunt left the store visibly shaken and upset. She has health issues and was really affected by the whole thing. Honestly, no one should be treated like that -- especially not visitors who were just trying to shop and have a good experience in the U.S. This kind of behavior from a store manager is beyond unprofessional. I really hope Burlington and the mall take action.

Very spacious store with very fast cashiers. There was a long line of a hundred people on one side of the check out desks, however it only took about fifteen to twenty minutes to be available for check out, which was above my expectations of my waiting time. He said no and I SHOULD have gave him the ticket before going in the store so he can add the time. after going back and forth a couple times I realized this is how they are making their money off of people. I will return in a couple of weeks to see how the store is doing. Their services are good; they have a decent number of staff working there. I go to this outlet at least once a month. Nice-sized mall to walk around. Each floor is about 1/2 mile in size. I usually get 2 miles walked in an hour.

As always with ikea it's hard to tag someone if you need help so get ready to do your own research. On the positive side it's great to be able to shop without annoying pushy salespeople. Keep in mind they open somewhat late at 11am on weekdays and 10am on weekends so don't go too early. I recommend going between 11am and 2pm on weekdays since it's somewhat empty at that time. There's a huge parking lot so parking shouldn't be an issue. While some of staff members are friendly, some of them look miserable and put zero effort to assist. For example, the lady handling returns and one of the guys from the food court. They should work for the DMV!

The restaurant inside is easy to find and overall has the same decent quality of food that every Ikea has. As well as the last cafe near the exit that has good cinnamon rolls and other stuff. The value of the furniture and everything though could be better. Most furniture at Ikea isn't the best quality as it can be damaged easily or it doesn't hold up as well it should. The one fun thing about this Ikea is going to the restaurant and seeing the nearby airport and watching the planes take off and land.

One employee tells me she's going to call for assistance in the fitting room. She calls on the intercom and within minutes another employee states on the intercom that the fitting room was closed. Couldn't try the clothes on so I asked if I could return my purchase in case I wasn't happy. The employee told me yes I could return as long as it's within 14 days. Great right? Nope! I ask if that meant I would get my money back and was informed that I would not get my money back but could get something else. So I wouldn't be able to return just exchange or store credit. I understand the store closes at 9:00pm; yet, providing customers full access to the store until that time is an idle perspective. Another recommendation is to not over pack clothes. I spend more time trying to pull the clothes off of racks because they are too bunched up. I ended up leaving all my chosen outfits. Not sure if I would bother to go again. Maybe mornings would be better?
