I love all Marshall's through out the country, this one is really good to me. I always find something here; good name brands as well. I can walk and shop here for hours. I never get bored; something always catch my eyes. Very dangerous store because you can splurge for great value and products are good materials. Customer service is decent. I was in the area killing time and decided to stop in. This is one of the more organized Marshall's locations that I've been to in the area. I was able to stock up on all my favorite HONEY POT feminine hygiene products, Pepper Creek seasonings, Metro Cocktail Co. and NY Cocktail booze infusion mixers, DW Home candles (of course), and even grabbed a few other "new-to-me" items. The customer service at this Marshall location lacks courtesy. I received a GF pastry that tasted like soap as a gift. I stopped by to exchange it for another product and the checkout clerk said she would ask her manager. The manager stared at us in disbelief and mocked us for trying to exchange/return something that had been previously opened. There's no need to be disrespectful and unprofessional. A simple explanation would suffice. read more

9/10/22 my mom's favorite store back in the day. I remembered spending hours there as a kid. It seemed that way to me. Some kids hate shopping with their parents because it is boring. Some kids might love it. I simple appreciate the time spent with my mom now that she is no long with the living. This Marshall's was busy, but the place was organized unlike another store we visited. The prices were reasonable, but finding matching sets on some items might be more challenging at times. The prices are very affordable and this is why things fly off the shelf at Marshall's. I don't remember what my wife was looking for here, but we did not find it today. We will return at some point and find something else. read more

Here's the thing, this is a good Marshall's. They have a nice selection of items and it was clean and organized. Unfortunately, not all are like this. As with most discount stores, the clearance rack is a must!! On this date, I found some really great items for phenomenal prices. Like other people have said, this Marshall's is very clean and organized compared to others. I love the prices here. It's great quality name brands for a lot less. I usually am more of a fan of TJ Maxx, but this Marshalls is pretty okay. They have your usual offerings, of shoes, scarves, handbags, women's wear, children's wear, houseware, and a limited men's wear. The hubs was able to find a really good winter jacket before our trip up north, and I was able to find a really good simple sweater dress for a dinner. They do have a good amount of clothing, but just note that there are a lot of repeats, and the colors of some of the wear are a bit ridiculous and off :P I've never found any good shoes at this location, and the pet section is also pretty minimal. +located in the BB&B plaza off of 7 +limited men's wear +many repeats in women's wear +plenty of parking in shared plaza lot read more

I walked into this location a few moments after leaving the Ross next store. The Ross experience was unpleasant and when I walked into Marshalls it was a relief in comparison. I held off on the review because while it was much better than Ross I was pretty sure the Marshalls experience was not anything special although it was A-OK. As I mentioned in my Ross review, I did find a comforter set at Marshalls as well as a kitchen extra, you know one of those small things near the checkout waiting area you grab partly because you have too much time to think about it. (Oh the wonders of marketing tactics...) I am happy to report I have actually used my trinket but only time will tell if it is used repeatedly or if it finds itself into one of the drawers of gadgets abis. Checkout involved a maze like setup designed more for the busy seasons when all registers are going instead of just one (they did open a second while I was there). Things were neater here, the clothing was mostly on hangers (opposed to on the floor or piled on top of displays like at Ross). I did not venture into the dressing rooms nor did I try to get assistance. Marshalls was a good place to visit to look for bedding; I have also found travel related stuff as well as kitchen items and items to gift. This Marshalls is A-OK and certainly a better, less crazy experience than the Ross next store. (Just a thought, maybe Ross should invest some in their locations instead of just their commercials) read more

I like this Marshalls the best in the entire area. Only because their selection of clothing is always stocked up and organized. Inventory is pretty stocked all the time. They are good with keeping the lines short whenever it does get long. Parking is ample here. They get a star deducted for disgusting bathrooms though. read more

They really cleaned up the store. During my most recent visit, the store was clean and organized. The check out line was short. Most of the clearance items were placed on the tables and open shelves towards the (middle) back of the store. It was much easier to browse the clearance items that way. This is a huge improvement from the past. And this is as good as it gets for shopping at Marshalls. read more

What do you expect from a Marshalls really.. This is my go-to location based on proximity to where I live, so I do come here as my first option if I ever need to go. Usually my visits are okay, obviously I don't expect any customer service, and I don't expect organization/cleanliness.. what I do expect (at the least) is the checkout to be a pleasant experience. Today the associate checking us out was not paying attention at all - her neighbor at the cashwrap wouldn't stop talking to her and she would oblige her coworker. So we're standing there as she looks lost because she can't process whatever her coworker is saying while also ringing up items. I understand if there was an immediate need but they were talking about a customer that had just checked out and the items she purchased.. annoying read more

Do not use the restroom! I'm not sure how often it's actually cleaned. The smell was so horrible, I held my breath while using the restroom and gagged several times. I couldn't get out fast enough. Not my favorite Marshall's. It's better than the Ross next door but that isn't saying much. The home section is above average but other than that it's just okay. Good for nick backs and random accessories plus they keep it pretty tidy most of the time. read more

A pleasant experience to shop and return items. During my most recent visit this store accepted my return despite the item without a UPC tagged attached (receipt was included). However, do not attempt returning similar items to another Marshall's as non-UPC tagged items can only be returned / exchanged at the originating store. read more

Eh, it typically has what I need. But as with most of these types of store, stuff can be all over the place. It's hard to shop for clothes sometimes, but with housewares and pet items, you usually can't go wrong. There's a Ross, BB&B, Ulta and Old Navy in the same shopping center so get all of your budget shopping needs taken care of at the same time! read more

I feel this location was a bit better than the other one in seven corners. I was able to find a couple of items I really liked and the checkout experience was pretty quick for the most part. The store could still use better selection and fill the shelves up more but hopefully that would happen over time. read more

I agree with other reviews regarding the makeup section. I saw a lip palate that I wanted to purchases but could not because it was open. They should put up a sign or something and then when shoppers violate the "do not open" policy tell them they have to buy it or leave. I don't know if this would work completely but it might lessen the problem. read more

Its great store to find bargains you can even find shoes here and many other items they may not always be first quality but they are priced great and all for a large selection it may take a few extra minutes to find what you want but certainly everyone can find something. It worked out great for me when I had a nephew in town that didn't have all those clothes with them and was able to put together a couple outfits at a reasonable cost. It would be good if they had a little more help and a few more people at the registers but again the price made it a win-win read more

The worst experience ever! I purchased a few items last week and when I got home, I noticed the perfume had been used. As a result, I returned the item and the Store Manager Donna accused me of using the perfume and refused to return the item. How could have I used a half of bottle and I just purchase it less than a week ago? She got angry and refused to return any of the items. She was beyond unprofessional and I will never shop here again! Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with dignity and respect. read more

Worst customer service ever at this store! If you want to get ripped off, this is the store for you. I purchased a shirt, tried to return it three days later, and was told that they could not take it back because the sale tag - the Marshall's store tag which was still attached to the shirt - did not match their inventory. They had mis-tagged it, had no problem selling it to me with the wrong tag, but refused to take it back. The number on the tag clearly matched the number on the receipt, which I pointed out multiple times. The employees and manager were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. This store is at times torn apart but bar far the cleanest store out of the tjmaxx's or rosses on the same road. The lines are really, really long and it's hard to find quality items here, again such huge crowds so things are picked through, its a treasure hunt for sure. read more

Very disappointed with Marshalls' customer service. My son received a Ralph Lauren polo as a gift. He worn it once, and then I noticed that it has a hole below the arm. I went to Baileys Crossroad Marshalls and the store manager was really rude saying that it is not her fault and she refused to exchange it because I didn't have a receipt. This place used to be great, until the staff changed. Now, every time I enter the store i'm followed or stared at as if i'm going to steal something. I recently went to the Tyson's Corner location and purchased a hooded sweat shirt. I tried it on at home and it didn't fit the way I thought it would, so I decided to return it. I stopped by this location to complete the return. The cashier completing my return was great, but her fellow cashier was terrible. The fellow cashier tried to tell the woman doing my return that "We don't carry that, he didn't buy that from a Marshall's store". My cashier told her she was wrong and that she had seen the same item on the rack this morning, then completed my return. After the return was complete, I stayed to look around for any new sales and saw the same item I had just returned on the sales rack. As I headed towards the door, I heard the same cashier that accused me earlier of trying to make a fake return mumbling to another co-worker "That's him! he's the one trying to make fake returns". Disgusted at her behavior, I decided to leave. I'll probably never shop here again, but I will return everything to this store...just to piss them off. read more

I bought a floor mat at Crossroads Store in Virginia on August 21, 2010. I washed the mat (The instruction said it is machine washable.) the day I bought it and it was damaged. I brought it to the store for refund because it was a defected item. The cashier first said that I couldn't return it because I already washed it. But I asked her to call her manager and ask. She got on the phone with her manager and said, "Oh, really? Even though she washed it? Okay". And, she hung up the phone. But she stared me up and down and, a Hispanic lady named, Ana B., came to me and was insulting and telling me that they don't sell the item at their store. All the eyes were on me. I ran to the back and found a exact same item and brought it but those two ladies were still really rude and I was furious. I asked for the cashier's name but she wouldn't give me her name. The other cashier told me her name is Ayene. I think it was a racial discrimination and this needs to be fixed. I will also report it to her manager and the their headquarter office. read more
