I then showed her where it was located and then she proceeded to tell me I couldn't return it because there was some dirt at the bottom- there was nothing and whatever she was implying was from being out and other people trying it on. She was visible mad I was returning it when her coworker did not agree with her and as I walked away she loudly called her coworker over and said "look at this joke of return" while I was still present. She had an impression of me the second I asked for a return and did not care to provide any good service to me. She could have denied by return but because it was in good condition and nothing concerning she took it. It's the fact that she had to make me feel little in that moment that is the reason people like that should not work there. She has brown her, and heavy eyeliner. This is so incredibly helpful esp with an infant. Shopping alone is sometimes hard when they are this young and having a reliable service is so great! The only downfall is for the store itself, they are constantly out of so many things. Which is great when considering that means folks are really enjoy these same items, but the difficulty of getting things becomes a hit or miss. Service varies by store so quite a bit. I like the vans store, always helpful staff in there. This mall still has a rainforest cafe! Pure nostalgia and a good place to take kids. There's really plenty to eat here, and plenty to eat adjacent as well. They've got some movie screens and though they aren't the cleanest they do get some fun exclusive events too. I have visited the Supercenters in Niles, Lake Zurich, Palatine, Waukegan, Wheeling, and this one in Gurnee. My favorite one is the Lake Zurich one followed by the Niles one. I can't remember what I went to purchase at this Supercenter on my recent visit, but the couple of times I have been here, I have found what I went to buy without any problems. Of the parts of the store I went to, I noticed that the store was clean and properly organized. The checkout process was easy. I would return to this store for my shopping needs if I am in the area.
