It's not my fault she could not get it right the first 4 times. She also over charged me, even though my email specifically stated that I wanted an alteration. I'm surprised that someone in her business really believes that hemming is the same as an alteration. The positive is that she did get back to me in a very timely manner, but I guess that's the least you could do when you have very little business.
