I have to gives thanks to the wonderful clerk that helped me try on almost every outfit in the dressy dress section. Josie was wonderful, patient, and so helpful!! I ended up making a purchase (not that I'm 100% happy with...but). When I go to pay Josie had left for her break but the clerk that rang me up said that she'd give the sale to Josie. I hope so!! The store was clean, but the escalator broken. The fitting rooms were also clean and roomy enough.

My Fianće had no knowledge Walmart didn't take Apple Pay, when he left to get his wallet AURA was saying racist comments about us and pretended not to speak English when I apologized.... I was ignored, disrespected, targeted, and embarrassed. There was a clear lack of basic customer service, communication, and respect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. Management should address this immediately and ensure staff are properly trained to treat customers with professionalism.
