I used too love these stores , but lately they have been giving me major anxiety . The isles are so tight , stuff just stacked so high . It all so overwhelming . Way too much clutter . You literally couldn't social distance if you tried . I made it through about three isles then I had to leave . read more

Very nice selection, kept clean by constant re-stocking, polite helpful staff, a Marshalls win! Stopped here to wrap up my Christmas shopping and walked away with a few finds, myself. They've got lots of cookware here. If you're looking for Le Cruset, or similar ceramic cookware, this is your place. Their home goods area is nice, and I also picked up a lamp at 1/2 price retail. Highly recommend this place for men's coats, as I picked up an amazing goosedown coat by Tumi, and also liked their fall coats and workout shells. Stop in for one thing, leave with a cartful! Minus one star from my last review for an unpleasant encounter with fitting room attendant on Saturday. She appeared to be in 20's with big glasses and dark hair. I had gone through the store and had three things to try on and four things that were not going in the fitting rooms. She started to grab them from me before I had the chance to put them down. I was holding these items close to my body, and she was now in MY personal space."Hold on," I said, " you don't have to grab them out of my hands." "Just trying to be helpful.", she said in a very curt and unfriendly tone. Perhaps she should ASK people BEFORE helping them. "Can I get those for you?", is a polite phrase to use in this situation. Then, when I returned to the counter she still there. When I handed her back the item I was not buying, I dropped my keys. "I'll get those for you.", she said. But I am pretty fast and was already getting them myself. Again, "Can I get those for you?", is the polite way to offer assistance. Then, as I am walking away, I hear her complaining to the other clerk about "offering good customer service" and wah, wah, wah etc. Complaining about the customers when they can still here you is not a way to "offer" even adequate customer service. She actually wasn't "offering" anything at all anyway, she were exhibiting some kind of weird dominance behavior and "insisting" I needed help, when it was neither required, nor desired. Now I know how blind people feel when someone forcibly "helps" them cross the street. Most of the Marshall's/TJX stores have decent staff retention. I don't know what the deal is at this store, but looking at the recent reviews, not much good is happening in the area of customer service here lately. At least I am not alone. :/ I still think they have a good selection in small sizes. I will still come here, but I am skipping the fitting rooms and returning my items that don't fit instead. I know I will miss out on some of the great customer service "offered" at the store, but I'll just have to live with it. read more

Coming back from my mom's one day in the burbs, I went on this crazy "how many Marshalls can I find on the way home" shopping spree. The purpose was to find some cute athletic gear not only for my daily gym routine, but for races as well. I was totally impressed with all the quality, brand name gear I scored, especially the really cute Nike stuff. I found a whole bunch of matching outfits, many which were probably just last season. It's used to sweat in, so who needs to be super cutting edge? It's better than wearing an ugly old T-shirt so I really made out like a bandit. Great selection! read more

I've been into plenty of Marshall's stores in the past, but aside from the good customer service at this location, I'm not sure I'll return. Stock seemed rather light and picked over. Maybe I visited on a bad day (Wednesday), but shelves looked bare and the clothing wasn't very cute. I'm pretty modest and hate shopping for clothes, so I was surprised that I didn't find any attire worth purchasing. I stopped here for pillows. I left with pillows. read more

Boo to being a heterosexual man who likes shopping. U Luke the discounts here, but the organization sucks. Its just a bunch of racks upon racks of clothes. I came here actually hoping to find some workout clothes and the selection for men were limited. Interestingly, the big sign that did say "activewear" was 100% dedicated to women and was by fair the most organized part of the store. I know the setup is typical of a discount shop (think Nordstrom rack, it salvation army even) but was still disappointed with the selection and organization of the men's area. read more

They had a expansion a while ago and now they carry what Homegoods carry. Though the selection and merchandise for home decor is not like the standalone Homegoods, they have more cookware and wall accessories. And it was nicer and neater. The bathroom was not very clean and the soap dispenser was empty.... noooooooooo. read more

Shoe section could be better, but the joy of shopping at Marshalls is usually digging to find great deals. Beware of long lines at peak hours on weekends and weekday rush hour. Had to wait 20 mins to be checked out, but the cashiers were great! read more

I like Marshall's. You have to do some digging to find your size, but things are cheap. Why pay more than you have to?

This may be my favorite clothing store. Definitely there is digging. But, I recently purchased several career coordinates with Calvin Klein dresses and Jones New York jackets. I bought an entire week's worth of clothing maybe more with mixing and matching and I spent less than $400. You just can't beat that. read more

I go to Marshalls 2-3a week always buying something this one employee followed me around until i was waiting for my wife to check out and said to me your child put that item in his mouth which is unsanitary which i didnt see and in front of other customers and rudely pick up the item from the cart.Shes very lucky that im educated not like her of course and did not do something stupid. She should be written up and if not fired . stores are so slow right know and should be happy to have customers like us coming in there not treated by a partime wanabee manager with no class. read more

Employees are great helping out with styles. I was looking at some dresses for new years and this girl was helping me choose the style that looked great on me. Almost no selection these days! Huge fan of Marshalls, but it looks like they are intentionally trying to go out of business, or drive customers to online shopping? Shelves are bare, the floor is increasingly empty (fewer and fewer hanging racks of clothing). Very little stock compared with 6 months or a year ago. Not worth the time/effort to go and look these days. read more
