His calm, professional, and seasoned demeanor made shopping at Suits 20/20 all of a sudden not feel so overwhelming. They also seem to hold a wide variety of stock so I'm sure if you tell the person assisting you, you could likely find something within your price range.

I really do not like Kohl's and this location didn't improve my opinion of them…read more I ordered ahead to pick up at the store so I didn't have to wander around trying to find what I needed. When I came in I headed toward the order pickup section. When I arrived at the "self pickup", nothing made sense. I didn't have anything that corresponded to the number system they had so I didn't know where the heck to pick up my item. Their site didn't indicate they offered curbside pickup (I checked my email just in case I'd misunderstood how I was to pick it up). I called and was on hold about six minutes because no one ever picked up. (There were 20+ people in line and I didn't want to wait around there just to be told to go elsewhere; what's the point of pickup if not to be quick?) Finally I found an associate not behind a cash register and he went to get my order, which was in the back and not at all in correspondence to the system they had out on the floor. I guess maybe they expect people to stand in line? But that doesn't make sense when their pickup system says you should check your email to pick up your item. I don't know.

It's an older though renovated Kohl's and usually very quiet and you kind of wonder if they will survive the next franchise downsizing. They are in a strip mall and have a huge and open parking lot. Like most Kohl's they have a Sephora, a self pickup station for online orders, and a convenient Amazon drop-off station.

I soon noticed all their clients who walked in after me were greeted by name. They truly do make it a very personal feel and do a remarkable job. They tell you about their offers, what's on sale as well as what will be on sale. I was actually told about this place years ago I just didn't make the time to make it out here. But wow was I missing out! I usually go to male xl but the prices are just so high it's hard to really buy more than a few things. But here it's a different story, the prices are very reasonable! I find it hard to actually go back to xl. It's obviously got a smaller size of selection but it's just an amazing business. This will be my new place to shop and HIGHLY recommend the place.

He then suggested a few dress shirts and ties for us but the shirts were a little big and the ties in my opinion were too expensive. But once Marisol understood the reason, she showed nothing but compassion, care, and professionalism. She treated me with the utmost kindness during what was a very difficult time. Not only did she help select and prepare everything, but she also pressed the suit and tie to perfection. As a touching gesture, she included a pocket square and a pair of socks free of charge as her own contribution. Marisol, thank you for bringing a little light into a dark situation.
