0/5 Stars - A Complete Failure of Service ​Date of Visit: February 13, 2026 ​I am beyond exhausted with the state of this Target. Tonight was an absolute disaster. I came in for a simple trip--just a few items--and was met with a store that seemed to have completely given up on its customers. ​Every single register and self-checkout on the first floor was shut down. No staff, no machines, nothing. I was forced to trek to the second level just to find a way to pay for my items. When I finally got there, the only thing available was self-checkout, and because the rest of the store was essentially closed, the line stretched on forever. ​It is pathetic that a major retailer expects its customers to hunt through multiple floors just to find a functioning terminal. I don't work here. I am not on the payroll. Yet, Target expects me to do the labor of checking myself out after waiting in a line that management clearly doesn't care about fixing. ​The lack of staffing and the complete disregard for a customer's time is a glaring weakness in how this location is run. You are failing at the most basic requirement of a retail business: letting people buy things. This needs to be addressed ASAP because the current "service" is non-existent. read more

This store is messy. They sell expired food, are understocked, and close store early.

Service horrendous. Supervisor refused to honor customer service provided invoice for a return and refused to contact customer service to get this resolved. Extremely rude and unhelpful manager who proved to be intentionally obtuse. read more

They can't seem to keep escalators functional for more than a day at a time, they rarely have actual registers open (as opposed to self checkout), and your pickup orders will likely never be fulfilled with the entirety of your intended cart. Target as a company generally speaking has become disorganized and disappointing. read more

Avoid this target at all costs. This is not a normal Target, I called over 10 times and someone in guest services would pick up I could hear them and would hang up. I placed a pick up order they canceled it an hour after I placed it and never notified me. I had to speak with human resources to transfer me to a manager. They don't care about your business clearly since they don't take their calls seriously. read more

I would call this the Walmart of Targets, but that would be insulting to Walmart. At least when there are skids and packing material in the aisles at Walmart, there are (usually) people in the vicinity restocking inventory. This Target location is completely disorienting- and I wouldn't just blame the fact that it is at the Pheasant Lane Mall and thus, 2 levels. If there weren't other humans roaming the aisles with me, I'd assume I were in some post-apocalyptic movie *after* the first and second wave of looting. i went to target to pick up some things at 7pm tonight and i watched this employee yell at an elderly woman for not knowing that her line was closed she said with so much attitude "You need to get out of this line he's my last customer i'm closed." which was unnecessary and uncalled for. then she proceeded to use a rude tone when talking to the man she was checking out when he asked about a mislabeled price. the holidays are stressful for everyone and everyone has their own issues but this way of speaking to customers was unnecessary. read more

Employees are weird in this Target! At first I showed the employee "Eliana" what I wanted.Then she went to the warehouse. And I just waited there about 5 mins or more. While I'm waiting I saw another employee "Simon" comes here stay for a while and then left. I'm pretty sure "Simon" saw me, but he(or she?) looks like he doesn't wants to help me. The most annoying thing is coming！！When "Eliana" finally came out of the warehouse with "Simon". Then they did something inconsequential on the checkout line in front of me.As if they couldn't see me and never heard my request.This is ridiculous！ When I questioned "Eliana", she whispered something to "Simon". And then "Simon"pretended to ask me what I want, then quickly flipped through the phone, and told me that it was out of stock.--Wow！Are you kidding me?Maybe Simon thinks the guests are fools, otherwise why would he use such a clumsy lie to perfuse me.Doesn't he know that the "Target" app will show the stock status of the item? What can I say. This is place is your typical tRget store with an added food section. Not a huge selection mind you but enough to pick up your groceries for a few days. They always seem to have specials going on for clothes. It's my go to place for my 3 kids since they out grow them so fast. Funny thing too is I rather enjoy the escalator for carts too. This one is always messy. Been here multiple times and each time looks like a tornado tore through the store. Merchandise in all departments on the floor. Hard to find things like shoes with correct sizes. It was kind of frustrating. It's such a mess that it's unpleasurable to shop there. The employees are friendly enough when needed, but can't get over the dumpiness of the store. read more

How do you choose one Target over any of the others? Aren't they all the same? No I say! Some Targets are clearly better than others. I have no idea why, but they just are. And I like this one the best. This location was converted from the old Lechmere's as an anchor store at the mall. What I like abou it, is that there's two floors so it's broken up somewhat interestingly. The escalator has a center "lane" for carts, which is kind of neat. The variety is good. I have rarely been unable to not find what I was looking for. But then again, I don't blithely wander into stores hoping they may or may not have a thing I need. read more

I live very close to this Target, but I always go to the one on Amherst Street. This one is in the Pheasant Lane Mall, which causes the terrible weekend traffic up and down Daniel Webster Highway. Because I do most of my non-grocery shopping on the weekends, I choose not to waste precious Saturdays or Sundays sitting in DWH traffic for 30 minutes to an hour to get to a crappy mall that is a mere mile away. As a result of the crazy weekend traffic, this Target gets very busy with all the Massholes trying to avoid paying sales taxes on their purchases. Not that I have a problem with that, but ergo this Target's customer service is very much lacking. If you're shopping and need something that isn't on the shelf, good luck finding someone to help you. The cashiers also give you a little 'tude as you purchase items--probably due to the endless lines at the cash registers, but unwelcome nonetheless. I also haven't had much luck when I've called the store about the availability of a particular item. The Amherst St. Target's customer service is absolutely awesome; from returns to price adjustments to simply checking if an electric item works before I purchase it, Amherst St. Target employees have always been willing to help me when I need it. This Target is also older and run-down, and the management really doesn't seem to be interested in improving its appearance. The clothing sections, especially the women's, are often very disorganized. And I understand the point of having a two-story Target at a two-story mall, but once the novelty of the shopping cart escalators wears off, it's a big pain in the ass. I don't like to start on one floor and then go to another only to realize I've got to get something I forgot on the previous floor and go up or down the damn escalator again. read more

I made a purchase at a Lowell Ma location and I noticed when I got home that I was overcharged by $5.00. It may not seem like a lot to others but it is for me. I took it to the Nashua NH location (because it was closer to me) I had the mechandise and receipt and they wouldn't give me a price adjustment or a refund because they couldn't find it in their system, then they told me I had to take it back to Lowell Ma. Target. I later called Lowell's Target and they told me that what I was told wasn't true, as long as you have the mechandise and recipt they should have done it. The sad part was they kept giving me all these excuses for example " I had to wait 24 hours before I can make the return and other reasons why they couldn.'t take it . To make it worse part of it was it was the Store manager who I spoke with. The store security had to tell her reasons why they couldn't maybe take it. The man at the customer service also didn't know what to do as well. I feel that they are very incompetent and aren't very acommodating for the customers. this isn't the first issue I have encounter with this location, but this is one that I want to voice my opinion and let other people know. read more

I remember my first visit to this Target many years ago, when Target had not yet significantly infiltrated the Northeast - it was the first 2-floor Target I had visited, plus I thought the shopping cart escalator was neat. It's still a nice feature I wish I saw in more department stores. But for a store of this size, it feels like there should be more to the inventory. I really didn't see much above and beyond what I see at other Targets. The store was reasonably clean, the inventory was okay. It's a bigger version of your standard Target. read more

It's hard to believe this is a Target, it's ran like a Walmart which is an insult to both. Why don't you want to open registers even though you had ZERO open? We were asked to leave a register that opened to alleviate the lines, but was forced to go into the self checkout line which was out the door. We just left everything and walked out, I don't mind being asked but don't be a douche about it. Why don't you want to help people? Also guys, to eliminate confusion everyone of your self checkout lines should have the LIGHTS ON so people know to go to them. You are confusing the hell out of everyone. We don't care that the light goes on after someone starts using it, we can see the people BUT if we see no one at the register and the lights are off EVERYONE assumes the lanes are shut down. If you need to hire someone to sit there and lure people over there it's obvious that it's not clear where to go. Go to any other kind of store and you will see how a normal place functions. Take a poll, you will find we are right, or just hover around the registers and open your ears, or maybe eliminate all the resisters if you don't want to hire anyone to run them and put in ALL self checkout lanes but TURN THE DAMN LIGHTS ON AND DROP THE ATTITUDES read more

I was browsing their cosmetics, and noticed much of it had no prices listed. (Yes, I'm aware of flipping up the little shelf liners.) The pack of teenage girls browsing the department complained about it to each other about the same thing. I found the store manager and asked why they no prices listed and she said they'd been instructed not to. ?!? Really?!? Yes, really. I am a huge Target fan and go to several different locations often but this one is a big out of my way...the only reason really for the 4 stars and not 5. They are so modern here it's amazing, considering that it's an anchor to a very small and lame mall. The escalators with the carriage pulls is so fun to watch, and the elevator is always clean and sparkles. All of the departments here are huge. The baby section is giant. I love the woman's section and you can find almost anything under the sun for camping and adventure activities in the outdoor section. They also still have all the great sale racks that other Targets do, as well as their new "top of the line" clothing they have. A great store. And always worth the trek! read more

Typical anchor store in the mall. Has a food section as well as all of the regular items. The only issue I have here is that there never seems to be enough cashiers on duty. I would imagine there is some sort of optimization thing going on where if you get through the line in under 10 minutes, they consider it succesful... who knows. All in all, not terrible, not fantasic. read more

I was shopping here on Monday, October 22, 2012. This is the Target that is located in the Pheasant Lane Mall. This particular Target has a strange lay out. Where am I? Why can't I find the electronics department? Where's the sign that says electronics? I looked so dazed and confused (like a bug-eyed hamster in a maze) one of the employees asked what I was looking for. I think I prefer the Target stores that have just one floor. It also appears sloppy and out of everything. I might have to find another one that's not so picked over. The majority of employees don't seem to acknowledge the customers either. I guess that's the norm in retail these days. This hamster will simply find an easier maze to navigate. Look for me at another Target close by. I love Targets and always frequent them. This doesn't seem like a Target, it doesn't feel like it. I've been to so many locations all over Massachusetts and New Hampshire.. but this one just isn't the same. I guess it's because it's located adjacent to the mall? The place isn't spotless as the other locations and normally, all Targets are designed the same but this one isn't. It has two floors.. makes finding stuff somewhat difficult. The fact that they have an escalator just for shopping carts was cool though.. that was the firs time I've ever seen anything like that. In my opinion.. the place is too big and there seems to just be vast spaces of just nothingness.. which throws me off. It feels like an indoor flea market because of that and not a genuine Target location. read more

I love the pharmacy here. I will not go anywhere else. I have even recruited family members to buy here. The 2 pharmacists are the nicest guys. They always remember my name and know just what I am there for. Quick, easy and the prices are the best in the area for what i get. The store brands for medicines are very reasonable and works great. I always take a walk around the store and check out their clearance areas. I have more fun looking through the stuff that sometimes isn't really all that great of a deal, but it doesn't seem to matter. I see that red sticker and i HAVE to stop and look. I have tried more new foods because they were on clearance. My kids love to stop and pick up a pizza or pasta and a soda at the food "court" on the first floor. I see a ton of people buying popcorn here to take to the AMC theater across the street for the movies along with some candy. I like the store, I am here a lot. It has become my "go to" for just about everything. Especially since I boycotted Walmart years ago. read more

I work in the mall and I'm always buying food and random stuff at target. Everyone is pretty nice. Earlier this week I bought strawberry applesauce. I had one, it tasted off so I looked at the expiration date and it said april 2015. So freaked out. Moral of the story: check the dates! read more

I was picking up my daughter from Target, I stopped at the crosswalk & waited. The parking lot was empty since it was about 945pm on Monday, however TOM the Manager thought I needed to move so I pulled up through the handicapped spots - NO other cars in the parking- I hadn't even stopped when TOM the Manager started screaming at me for parking in the handicap spots..-I was not parked-not even fully stopped, I never got out my car & again NO other cars were in the lot. TOM again screaming at me, I asked him to get security, he said "GET OUT OF MY PARKING LOT" I asked for the manager he said "I AM THE MANAGER" then he went on to say I have your license plate number I'm calling PD. The whole time I am thinking, I wish the PD were here. read more

What has happened to the Nashua NH Target? (Pheasant Lane Mall). Let's begin by walking down the outdoor stairs from the garage parking to the ground floor -- just be sure you have some kind of head covering, because the pigeon poop is inches think on each and every stair. Not sure whether this is Pheasant Lane's issue or Target's, but it's disgusting and reflects VERY badly on the store. This particular Target has been in a shambles for months ever since they "redid" the interior several months ago and relocated departments on the ground level. I can adapt to that, but on my visit yesterday I was physically unable to get down the aisles I wanted due to boxes and pallets just abandoned there (no floor help to be found). The end caps were simply disturbing; I've seen better organization in my local Goodwill. Whoever wrote that it looked like the aftermath of a zombie invasion in there is completely on target (pun intended). Chaotic, messy, poorly stocked, management doesn't seem to give a rat's ass about that store, clearly. This was on a Sunday, which ought to be one of the busiest days of the week, when their flyer comes out. The place seemed spookily empty (post-invasion, I suppose). Checking out at the register near the restrooms, there was an unmistakeable fecal odor emanating out of the men's room. I felt truly sorry for my cashier who had to breathe that in for her shift. So yeah, that pretty much summed up my Target experience. Someone in upper management needs to do a serious investigation; and in the meantime, Walmart has my business. read more

I pass on this location unless its late and I don't have any reason to go up to the other much nicer one in Nashua. This one is a pain due to being in the mall, being on two floors, crowded parking lot and always a long line at the checkout. This store had a bad selection to choose from, if at all. Shelves were extremely disorganized. Ended up buying 6 items with coupons and the cashier wanted to let me know she "put some through for me". Um, no. I had 6 coupons and 6 items, so that means ... 1 coupon for each item. This is the second time an employee here tried to offer a "courtesy" by pushing a coupon through. I know the coupon policy, why don't you? Definitely won't be back here. read more

Fortunately, this is a huge store & convenient because it's attached to the rest of the Pheasant Lane Mall. I hardly ever go here for my shopping needs because I usually frequent the Woburn location. And for good reason. I didn't feel like they had a great selection in the ladies' department. There was not the fun, fashion-forward GO International section. At least not from what I could tell. Even the sales racks were completely separated by a wall and fitting room. I was pretty surprised to find more ladies' stuff when I happen to cross the front. If I didn't traverse, I would've completely missed more shopping opportunities. read more

ITS A NIGHTMARE. It's always a mess, stuff on the floor in every department. Abandoned carts of stuff, flatbeds of restock items in every isle and boxes stacked up which can't be safe. My only interaction with employees beyond checkout I was asking them to page someone over the intercom and they spent 10 minutes screwing around, one employee was trying clothes on and the others were standing by "managing" the changing room area but just talking loudly about the clothes she was trying on. I got so angry waiting for them to make a simple call I walked away and left. Go to target on Amherst st in Nashua. Way better and a better selection. read more

It's a Target, but not a very remarkable one. The boon is from being located right by the mall, but as far as Targets go it's a bit awkward to navigate with an unusual layout and languishing inventory. It doesn't help that it's also messy (I kept running my cart over clothing on the floor I didn't see). read more

This store has EXCELLENT deals. I am a HUGE movie/TV fan and I've been able to get DVDs here for less than what I budgeted. For example, I was able to get TWO seasons of a TV show on DVD that typically cost $30 piece for under $20 COMBINED! read more
