Shopping Experience at Nordstrom Racks…read more I am not a shopper! I don't enjoy walking from store to store in search of specific things or gifts, especially during the holidays! I want to walk into no more than three or four stores, get everything I need, and be done with it. That said, I enjoy walking through my favorite stores and checking out the goods without any specific purchase in mind. Sometimes, I find something I wasn't planning to buy, but I realize it could help me or make someone close to me very happy. I know this sounds confusing, but I think you get what I mean! Anyway, Nordstrom Racks is one of the stores I enjoy walking through. They are organized and carry well-known brands, which is not as important to me as it is to many others. This specific location is one of those stores that we visit often, and I have found and bought many items here. The staff has been helpful whenever I needed help, and we've never had any issues shopping here. The prices for certain items may be somewhat higher here than some other comparable stores, but if you do not have the time to go from store to store hoping for a better price, then it is worth it. The only drawback is that the racks can get very messy during busy shopping periods like the holiday season. So, it is always best to visit and get what you need before the crowds rush in and mess things up!

I have been to Tiburon (terribly rude) and went to Bon Air so overwhelmed and was told to wait in this line, then the other line and "Oh, go back to that line." Inane. The Costco pharmacy critcally think and are communicative and gracious. I had no idea just how much I would appreciate the Costco pharmacy, until I lost access to them.

After AAA came to put my spare on, I immediately headed to Costco to fix the tire now, easily accessible now in my trunk. I had the wheel lock ready and made everything simple. I dropped off the vehicle around 1215p and was given a 2 hour finish time. They finally called at 3:11pm to say it was done. (I had tried calling two hours in and no answer. )So I basically wandered Costco warehouse for 3 hours waiting for my single tire warranty repair as an Executive member. Picking up the car was also disjointed, they didn't know which technician did the work or have my invoice ready. Very disorganised! Needless to say, I felt very disappointed today, wasting a great deal of time on a seemingly simple repair. I definitely did not feel like a valued member. Entering the store Lisa greeted me nicely and as I was looking at the shoes, she asked if I knew what I was looking for. I was disappointed at the selection. I usually have better luck. I asked Lisa if we could look at shoes on her computer as I saw more what I was looking for online, but I really need to try on shoes. Lisa struck me as not too bright and didn't seem to understand why I wanted to look at shoes on her computer. After a minute or two, I told her I would go home and look at shoes on my computer and call her. I called her and she gave me about five minutes on the phone and told me three of the five shoe I picked out were not available anymore. I wanted her to have the shoes sent to San Rafael Macy's for me to try on. After I got off the phone unhappy with Lisa's ability, I purchased two pairs online. And if they don't fit, I will return them to the store. So, my experience with Lisa doing some for me, but not going above and beyond gets three stars. And the selection of shoes gets three stars.

She kindly walked me to the section where they were located and mentioned that they might have a few pairs in their Clearance section at the back of the store. While they did not have the pair I was looking for, I found several other brands, such as Cole Haan and Florsheim, that caught my attention, so I decided to try them on. I'm delighted that I have made straightforward no fuss purchases at a great price to persuade both of them to exclusively buy footwear that fits well from day 1 while supporting your body. I was too lazy to drive to Nordstrom Corte Madera when I also wanted to take my MIL clothes shopping at the lovely Vintage Mall.
