Really nice employees here. Are there going to be some checkout lines? Of course! Yet you're probably saving some money. The folks here work effectively, and it is an impeccably clean store. Parking is also quite easy. This one could have more selection. Then again am a tall man, so that could be part of the equation. I was able to a few days ago, get a decent deal on a sweater. They've definitely raised their prices. Then again who hasn't? Inflation is ripping into our spending power, and is hurting countless businesses. I have shopped at this Marshalls for years and my family have preferred it over shopping at T.J. Maxx/Kohl's as the cashiers are always bery professional with fast service. However, the one main area for me which needs to be addressed is that the General Manager needs to coach the Pakistani/Bengali girl that works in the fitting room area. She is extremely rude to guests (customers) and has an unnecessary attitude as if the customer committed a crime by bringing clothes to try out at the fitting room. As a businessman myself, I understand that retail wants to closely monitor any potential for theft but insulting your regular customers and making them uncomfortable is unacceptable and not the way you conduct business! As a longtime loyal Marshall's customer, I expect a follow-up from Leadership and if this this hostility continues, I will be going right to the Better Business Bureau for a Corporate Executive Escalation. read more

First time going to this Marshall's. I saw it was nearby where I was parked at Michael's. Service was so so to good. I loved the Christmas items displayed and found a Halloween skeleton hair accessory for $3 matching my identical purse charm & earrings. I also found half priced To Do List Halloween notepads with magnets & matching pens for $2 each. Purchased a large skull bag for 50 cents to put all the items inside it. read more

Summary: Great place to go for something quick. If you really wanna browse and shop for fun, I suggest going to a different location or different store that's part of the chain (tj Maxx, etc). They still offer many things, just in a smaller scale. Clothes: In the men's section, there weren't many options sadly. Compared to Marshall's in Fairfax city, this location did not have much to offer. Maybe it's because the size of the store isn't as big? Atmosphere: Very clean and organized compared to any other Marshall's I've ever been to. The cashier was nice to me. I appreciate their line system, a speaker announces the next available cashier for whoever's next in line. Me: I know Marshall's and I've been to many. I came to this location because it was near the mall and I was looking for vacation clothes. I only bought white vneck shirts. Although I generally like the concept of Marshall's this one leaves a lot to be desired. They need to get self checkout going. It's annoying to always wait on long lines with few cashiers available. You also need a key/code to use the bathroom which is annoying. Usually the baby clothes section is well organized though which I appreciate. read more

Today I tried to gain store credit for multi gummy vitamins I purchased yesterday, that tasted expired despite it not being expired yet. The cashier said they cannot take the item back. I was not aware they don't take these food/beauty items back. The cashier stated "I can call my manager but she's going to say the same thing." The cashier still called the manager. The manager, Azza, approached. She didn't even introduce herself. Off the bat she said "Yeah, no. We aren't exchanging or doing refund and store credit. How can I put this back on the shelf and make money from it?" Wow...attitude so aggressive. The only reason I knew her name was because of her name tag. I tried to squeeze a word in and she shut me down saying no. I informed her these items may need to be pulled off the shelf and she said no. I was not trying to argue, considering my profession. She then complains about being busy and how someone stole from the store an hour ago, writing up a document. Not sure why I needed to know this information. I guess this was her way of saying this is the reason she has an attitude. I wouldn't be here writing a negative review if Azza was professional (AT LEAST). I asked her if she could throw the gummies away and she said "No. you can do it yourself." Then, she slid the item to me. I threw it away so quick in the front store's trash. Insane. I lost $6 no worries but the attitude and experience was belittling. I will NEVER shop there again. read more

It wasn't what I expected because they didn't have much merchandise at all. Everything was so very messy that I didn't want to keep looking. The line was SO long with only 2 cashiers. They had to know that it's Friday evening and people are shopping. Anyways, not coming here again. read more

Always a great stop for home goods. Just picked up a candle and a few purses and didn't splurge this time. Almost put them back, however, because the line was extremely long and they only had 3 registers open! A few people did just that....put their items down and walked out. Glad I stayed though because the candle's scent is amazing and has my home smell wonderful! read more

All staff is wearing masks, their products are all organized and they have a great selection of candles and home goods. They also have a very big pet section and they're clothes are usually organized right by size. Very good Marshall's compared to most I've been to. read more

It's very new about a few months old I think? It's got a decent selection, but I find the location to be very small and everything is cramped and squished in together. There is no room to walk or really look through the items on weekends. I find inventory on most items is very low too. I find myself getting frustrated and just leaving. It's very new and of course very clean though. read more

I had a return and I myself work at another Marshalls and know all the policy's and protocol...well the first time I was getting the tjx card to get the discount and I just wanted the card too and I wanted to use my employee discount as well the cashier was super sweet I loved her she was new and the coordinador was so rude to me and her telling me how I cant use both how every Marshalls is different I put her in her place because one she cannot raise her voice at me or the cashier she failed as a leader she needs to teach the new cashier so its not her fault, then they call the manager he said yes I can get both discounts well they wasted 30 minutes of my time so upsetting. Then the last time I went this other asian coordinator snatched my tjx receipt because she wanted to "make sure it was the same card" when I told her I know the policy but no she rudely interrupted me. Customer service here is atrocious! Just arrived and needed to use the restaurant. Walked up to the nearest employee and said "Ma'am" She looked at me and if looks could kill, I'd be a goner. She said "Could you give me a minute" in the rudest tone. I honestly I was taken aback. I responded, I was just going to ask for the code to the restroom. Again, in a very rude tone she said, "could you just give me a minute!" I responded, "yes, I'll wait" Then, she said "Just go over there and I'll be there in a minute" I told her "Nevermind, I'll go elsewhere." Before walking out of the store, I thought maybe this lady was just having a bad day. I'll try one more time with someone else. Asked a lady at the fitting rooms if I could get assistance with a bathroom code. This woman very nice but said I had to wait for the lady near the restroom she's the only one who can let people in the restroom. That's just ridiculous. I walked out the door and will never return. I love Marshalls! I shop them everywhere I go, as I travel a lot, and have never been met with such poor service as this one. Truly disappointed!! read more
