Ok 2 stars because this store was a mess the day I shopped there. I was so overwhelmed that I decided to just get one thing and then leave. I love HomeGoods and shop at many of their locations often. I was at H-mart across the street and was delighted to see a HomeGoods across the street. I decided to go in but quickly regretted it. One of the first problems with this location is that they are overrun with inventory. This isn't a large store, so I don't know why they have so much stuff. There isn't enough space in the store to display it all in a safe and neat manner. I used to work retail many moons ago, so seeing unpacked boxes hanging out on the floor, as well as a wall of unpacked cardboard boxes in the lighting section, tells me that their back storage area must also be full. There were also about 5-6 tables outside of the store with tons of stuff on them, all clearance that they were trying to get rid of. The store looks sloppy and unprofessional. It's like the manager and the staff just to give a damn. The shelves are also a mess and the merchandise was sloppily hanging on the shelves. There was one aisle that had pillows on the floor. There were so many that they were blocking the way. You couldn't get through without stepping on them or tripping. Are they trying to get sued??? Honestly, there was just shit everywhere in and out of boxes. Even if this was just a bad and busy day, I will never come back. The location in Queen Anne on Armory is much nicer and better run. If you want a nice shopping experience where you aren't at risk of injury due to store items on the floor, don't shop here. read more

The Lynnwood HomeGoods is a cut above the rest, especially compared to the nearby Woodinville and Bellevue locations. It's better stocked and organized, making it a more enjoyable shopping experience. The prices and quality here are typically better than Amazon, particularly for organizing items. I find that the quality of bedsheets here are a better deal when compared to Costco. Storage boxes, garbage bins, high thread count bedsheets, and party supplies are all great deals and have a lot of personality. If you're looking for actual furniture or cooking pans, look to purchase somewhere else with a good return policy (like Costco or Amazon). I generally only buy home accents from HomeGoods. The checkout staff are generally pretty friendly, which adds to the positive shopping experience. If you're looking for unique, quality items at great prices, check out the Lynnwood HomeGoods over Woodinville or Bellevue. read more

i like home goods the employees are pretty helpful and they try to work fast. I have to say there is to much stuff. it's hard to get around the store and there is so much it's a bit overwhelming. i think they have great stuff but the floor display is over load. i wonder if they would consider spontaneous sales. The customer service at this location is absolutely atrocious. The manager Ms. Rosenbach should be ashamed of herself for the way that she treats the patrons of this store. Today I witnessed her bullying a customer until she started crying. It was extremely abusive behavior. At one point she grabbed the customers shoulder and said "excuse me, I'm talking". Someone from corporate should follow up on her inappropriate behavior and attitude. We were also there for a special, invitation only, cardholders private shopping event and this store didn't give out their canvas event bags and when we asked for one they handed it to us very begrudgingly and acted like they were making a special exception when they should have been giving them out to everyone. They were also supposed to draw several names for winners of gift cards. We were there the whole time and they only gave out 3. I took the printed rules up to the counter and they refused to abide by the terms and conditions printed right there on the giveaway. We were quite upset to get invited to an event, stay the entire time and then have the store not select the specified number of winners. All in all, the staff at this store is terrible. Some of the employees are great but some are bullies. I watched on 11/06/25 as two employees (I think one may have been the manager) ganged up on a woman who was just trying to check out and basically harassed her until she got your credit card. A line even started to form and they ignored it in favor of harassing this poor woman. It's really disgusting behavior. Thankfully, the cashier I had was great and actually accepts the answer no when asking about the card. I don't know if it's the manager or corporate who is pushing the employees to make people sign up for the card, but harassing your customers just to make some more profit through your credit cards is sketchy as f. Came to exchange a rug that was a gift and asked for Store Credit so I could go find a different rug. They messed up and refunded the purchase to the gift-giver, so I lost my gift :( Then they said there was nothing they could do after they mucked it up. They said there was nothing they could do. They didn't even apologize. Terrible customer service!! Their only suggestion was for me to call up the person who purchased the original gift and ask them to drive over to the store from an hour away and purchase the new rug after their error. While I had a nice time shopping here, I did witness something that made me stop in my tracks. I overheard one worker talking to another in an incredibly demeaning and condescending tone. It was so bad I actually looked over in surprise. Think of a stereotypical Disney show mean girl, but make her middle aged. She was talking to the other worker like she was being a naughty child, not like an adult employee. I'm not sure if the offending party was in management or not, but it made me very sad for the employee who got talked to and criticized in such a way. read more

I love Homegoods. One of my favorite store to just go cruise and see what is there. Staff are friendly and store has never been crazy out of order. They carry many seasonal merchandise as well as year round staples. I have found some hidden gem from time to time. Found an All-clad immersion blender from Homegoods before. Also just purchased an All-clad waffle maker. I also really like their selection of tupperware. They have decent selection of both plastic and glass tupperware. I showed a Homegoods to my mom the other day and she was sooo amazed! We spent an hour looking through numerous nicknacks. I highly recommend all Homegoods for any household items. Start here before you check out other places. read more

I have always loved this store and frequent it often. Tonight was a different story. I was gathering up some holiday clearance items and a couple had intermediate markdowns. The signage throughout the store read "save an additional 50% on holiday clearance". In the past this has meant save an additional 50%. This evening Jacie removed the clearance sticker on the advent calender and told me the markdown was on the original price not the marked down price regardless of what the signage said in the store. I asked to speak with a store manager as I felt it was false advertising and was told that Jacie was the manager. Wow, what poor service tonight. read more

For kitchen, entertaining, and home decor, there are lots of gems in the store for a great price. In general, merchandise is nicely displayed and organized with a few exceptions here and there-mentioning this because some "discounted" retail stores look like a hurricane went through it. You'll find items that are modern, trendy, and classic. Return policy is easy as long as you have a receipt and are within the allocated timeframe. Parking lot is spacious and conveniently located across the Alderwood Mall. read more

What I appreciate about this place is that they have good qualities products from all over the world. Here, I can spend a good hour just looking at decorative wall arts, paintings, bedding sets, rugs, small and large furnitures-- anything that I think I need or want in my home. Great prices too. Staff do try to tidy up but I feel it's almost impossible because people love coming here for great bargains. I have bought many things here and have never had a bad experience either. Staff is great. I highly recommend this store in Lynnwood. I enjoy coming here especially just to get some endorphins by appreciating pretty decorative things for the home, gardening, cooking, etc. Plenty of parking too. read more

Went here for a day trip with a friend! Packed! With stuff. Not people. This is basically a Marshalls/Tj Maxx. I would assume they're owned by the same people. More decor forward... hence HOMEGoods. Came around opening, staff seemed busy stocking stuff. Parking isn't an issue there's plenty of space. As for prices it's exactly like marshalls/TJ. Pretty cheap for decor maybe a couple pricier pieces like some furniture and rugs but the cheapest you'll get price wise! Fun store to look through even better at checkout when you get a fair price. I really like Home Goods, a chain owned by the same company that owns TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Home Goods sells housewares, decor, holiday items, dinnerware, pots and pans, furniture and random things that don't sell at department stores like gourmet chocolates. This branch of the box chain didn't have a whole lot of Halloween decor which is what I was after on this shopping trip, but what they had was good quality. The prices and quality of the items are really great. For example, right now they have autumn themed plate sets starting at $4.99 an item and hand blown Italian glass bowls for $20. I can always find a really great gift in here and things for my home. I have a Dior lamp of purple glass and linen I bought for $50, normally $300. They also sell toys, stationery, and art work. read more

Where do I begin, horrible customer service and that's being generous. We stopped in to get a rug and look at the spice section. As always the store is cluttered making it difficult to walk through the aisles. We found a rug, but gave up on the spice section as it was blocked by 2 employees chatting about ones recent knee injury. Thankfully the checkout line was short where we were directed to register 1. We arrived and 3 employees were at that station, none of them greeted us or asked if we found what we needed......they rang up our purchase and as my wife folded it, the cashier asked if we wanted a bag. No thanks we said......I told them thank you and have a great day with zero response from any of the 3 (including a member of management). They were too anxious to help a lady coming in from the other end of the store not going through the Home Goods line corral. We tried returning our cart, but that area was blocked an employee holding court describing her recent divorce to another couple of customers. They actually had the nerve to insinuate my wife was grouchy and to smile as life is too short. We weren't in a smiling mood by this point. Experiences like this make me appreciate Amazon. read more

I love HomeGoods. It's one of those places, like Costco, that you go to and even if you have a list, you can't help but walking out with so much more. From lamps, fans (really cool retro fans) garden art, home décor and everything in between you'll find something you want at HomeGoods. It is a little jam packed, so when it's busy it can be kind of irritating, but it's jam packed with great stuff, so I give it a pass. This store used to be pretty nice, but a couple of years ago, they decided to cramp the store with as many products and furniture as possible. As a result it has become overly crowded for walking space and overwhelming when there are just a few other customers around. It was super crazy in the Holliday season. Coming here used to be a fun experience, and now it's just super stressful. It is almost not worth the hassle for possibly finding something I like and need. Their pricing is not that great either. The store manager really needs to make a decision to step back and make the store more space and tranquil. This is the craziest Home Good I've been to. read more

I freaking love HomeGoods. My friend had shared about this place and never did I imagine how awesome it would be. I originally thought it was like a Ross or TJ Max. Nope, this store is the best. Once you walk in, you see all the beautiful items. They have such a great selection of home good/knick knacks. When I first picked up a dish, I thought it would be like $15 but it was really all affordably priced. Everything was really reasonable. At stores like Target, stuff that they had would be priced about $4-5 higher. I got these beautiful chicken kitchen towels for $8. Other steals that I found was a Cynthia Rowley tablecloth for $20. I bought my last Cynthia Rowley tablecloth on Ebay for $60. It looked exactly the same in terms of quality. So glad to find it here for a fraction of the price, for new! They had an entire selection of fine china, bath goods, bedding, etc. I got some baby clothes for a friend. I'm definitely coming back! read more

I love Home Goods, but during the fall / Halloween season I'm like a kid in a candy store!! If you enjoy fall décor; you name it, they have it. Candles, wall décor, lighting, tablecloths, wreaths and even dinnerware. In addition to all this, they have a gorgeous selection of glass pumpkins. I like to buy one every year; and the one I got this year is magnificent! I wasn't planning to buy one so early in the season, but I turned on to the aisle, and there it was, just waiting for me. :-) I have to say this is my favorite store. This is your standard HomeGoods - with a regular turnover of the same type of products. Shelves are overflowing and service is average at best. The price tags are also a nightmare to remove from the product after purchasing, this is really annoying! Overall though - if you've been to one HomeGoods, this is no different! read more

As I overhead from another patron: "It's an indoor garage sale!" A bit more upscale, but similar concept. You go into home goods perhaps with an idea of what you want, but pretty much with an open mind. I love the selection, you never know what you are going to find! Lots of home decor, glassware, organizational items, bedding, art work, even pet goods, toys, furniture, and holiday decor. It is crowded, the aisles are narrow. But there are so many one-of-a-kind items make my home look unique. The prices are more than fair and I always find the check-out staff friendly. It can be sometimes challenging to find staff on the floor, even more so if you are looking for something in particular. But if you see something that appeals to you today, buy it, because it isn't likely to be there when you visit again. It's unlikely that I will ever shop Home Goods without purchasing something. I LOVE this store! My boyfriend knows, almost every Friday after I get off work, I like to go here. They get dIfferent product in each week, so there is always new stuff to look at. When I was in the store, the staff was professional and patient handling a couple of women who were shoplifting. Kudos to them. This was a shoppers paradise!!! I could've spent hours just browsing, but I had my husband and he made me stay on course and that was to purchase rugs. I ended up getting four huge, beautiful rugs of a little over $500.00. They look amazing in my home and I've gotten lots of compliments too. Next time I go, I won't be taking my husband.:) read more

THIS STORE WAS AMAZING!!! For the record, I despise TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc. Stores like that stress me out. But, I loved HomeGoods!!! They have tons of totally random home stuff, and yeah it's fairly unorganized, but there are so many good finds, it's just great. I think it is so much better than the other similar-in-theme stores since it isn't clothes - people just have different tastes in home goods than each other, and it's not like these are clothes that have been tried on by tons of people and deemed ill fitting by the time they arrived, they are just random home goods that didn't sell and ended up here! For just under $200 I got: - 3 large apothecary jars - 1 medium sized mirror - 1 giant mirror - 1 basket - 1 wooden container - set of 20 hangers - 1 keep calm and drink wine sign I'm pretty happy about this considering that normally mirrors are insanely expensive and these were really great deals! Picture if you will...you are at a TJ Maxx or a Marshalls. You make your way through the women's "career" section, the children's shoes, the junior petite underwear dept; eventually you come to the housewares department -- several wonderful aisles full of kitchen stuff and garden stuff and most-every-room-in-the-house stuff. Now picture the clothes and the shoes and the underwear are not there and the housewares fill the entire store. That pretty much describes HomeGoods. And, as a huge fan of the housewares departments at TJ's and Marshalls, I was very excited to hear this store existed and was opening in our area. I made my way to the new Lynnwood store yesterday. I was not disappointed. As expected, the store was filled with pots, pans, plates, garden things, decorative things, foodstuff, and much more. Like TJ's and Marshalls, it is hit or miss in terms of what you'll find on the shelves. But, the selection was decent all around. The prices were excellent. I went home with a much needed set of sheets, a not-needed-but-adorable little decorative pitcher thing (for only $3!), some tea, and a soup ladle. Being as it is brand new -- just opened last weekend -- it was very crowded (and a hair nutty) with folks like me interested to check it out. But, I imagine that will dissipate over time, and, even if does not, would not deter me from going back. I am so glad HomeGoods has come to Western Washington. I can see many trips to Lynnwood in my future... read more

5 star review for a one star customer. I'm not "home decor" type person, but I needed some essentials and found some awesome things at the store for some really great deals. I needed a couch badly, and didn't have expect to find one at the store. I found a couch there, and it was probably the most comfortable couch I've ever sat in, and was decently priced. Everyone at the store went out of their way to help me load it and take it home, extremely helpful. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't get my new lovely couple couch into my apt, tried and tried with no success. In the process, I ended up going "Rick James" on the couch. It was wrecked trying to fit into my new place. I didn't know what to do. I didn't have a place to put it and damaged it enough I don't think I could return it. I called Homegoods to tell them my problem. "You can return it no problem" they said. I told them it was damaged and they still said no problem. I brought it back and once again they went out of their way to unload it and bring it into the store. I felt terrible when I saw the look on the employees and manager's face when they saw the damage to the couch. They probably wouldn't be able to get half of what I paid for. THEY STILL GAVE ME A FULL REFUND. It was a terrible feeling, that I couldn't get my awesome new couch and that I had damaged it so terribly, but homegoods was my hero. I am a Home Goods / TJ Maxx / Ross / Marshalls shopper. That's just who I am. Home Goods does particularly well for eating dishes, bathroom towels, bedding, rugs, *LAMPS*, mirrors, faux florals, and small furniture. If you want cookware, you are probably going to do better at the Marshalls down the street. Anyway, I've found really cool french artwork, pyrex glassware, and mirrored trays here. Just don't go at 3pm on a Sunday, because the weekend crowd has probably picked through the good stuff. read more

I typically love Home Goods and was really excited when this location opened but have been disappointed because it doesn't have much variety of stock. They seem to have the same stuff every time I go. This is TJ Maxx's home store essentially, so you'll find discontinued style and overstock here. The pluses are the items are well organized and I've found some basic stationery. I've seen a wider variety of items t the TJ Maxx in Northgate. If you're looking for home decor and aren't that specific, it's worth stopping in but no need to rush here. read more

This really is a great store! It's part of the TjMaxx Marshall line. They have soo many wonderful things to get your home semi fancy and to make it cozy! You never know what you'll find here! Probably not much of a bargain hunter's paradise for most products, but definitely not overpriced either. I've actually cross-referenced several products here with prices on Amazon (for the exact same barcode) and HomeGoods beat Amazon! Plus, sometimes it's nice to see what you're getting in person for exact size, essence, color shade, etc. Then if you're hungry, there's a variety of offerings from sugary treats to wholesome organic, gluten free snacks. Lastly, the staff at the counter are always fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and use 'common sense,' which I like. Bought something breakable today and didn't need to ask for them to carefully wrap it up. They just did. This is a place we will return to. read more

Yesterday my son and I stopped in to look for a nice makeshift makeup table for my bedroom. As we were looking around my 6 year old found a little toy on the ground that looked like it belonged to a set. He wanted it, so I was trying to find the set so we could get it, we even asked one of the gals to help us. None of us had any luck. When we went up to the register I asked the manager about it and he replied before I even finished my sentence that he could have it, no problem. It's the little things like that, that will leave a lasting customer service impression! Not to mention this store is awesome. They always have great options. read more
