Doc straightened her teeth. she had to wear retainers at night for at least a year & she did not, so she made the teeth crooked again! I told Sun Goddess, whenever you are mature enough & ready for phase 2, ask me to take you back to Marston? She insisted to do it now! She is 15 & mature enough to stick with the plan. 2 years of braces & then retainers at night to keep the teeth straight! I believe she is mature enough because this summer she will start driving! I paid the full amount in cash so I saved 4%. We got that out of the way & I have a peace of mind that Sun Goddess is in good hands. With Marston, I don't only trust his work & integrity but his humanity. Marston truly cares about kids, so he provides great service for them to make them happy. Cannot say enough good things about Marston ortho. Today I received my Invisalign trays and buttons, they were placed by Caitlin who was very gentle and explanatory. Dr Marston explained the process very well for my treatment- I'm an adult in Invisalign ( I had braces as a teen) and they made sure I understood everything and was comfortable putting the trays on and off before I left. 100% honest review, no bs. We currently come here. All my friends come here, this is definitely a popular place...No complaints when it comes to the actual orthodontic work. BUT, It is insanely hard to get an appointment here for follow up adjustments so many time slots before/ after school are booked for weeks, sometimes you find yourself having to books 2-4 weeks out from your follow up date. I feel like they are literally overbooking themselves and taking too many new patients. If your existing patients are struggling to make appointments, stop accepting new patients please, it is unfair to your patients who are missing school/ work/ going out of their ways to make the follow up. please make sure you leave room in your schedule to accommodate your existing patients!!!!! read more

The lobby is loaded with phone charger, coffee bar, toothbrushes, video games, and relaxing music. My daughters and I came in for a consult at 8 am. We got there on time and were in and out in in about an hour and a half but we did not feel rushed. This office runs very efficiently and smoothly. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. When I got home, I remembered two more questions I forgot to ask regarding insurance benefits and called the office manager, Cecilia, who was very responsive. This is a first rate orthodontic office, Dr. Marston and his staff all get five stars.
