If I had known that it was going to look so good when we picked it up I might have had a used car sales ad ready to post to reflect the increased value. There are several reasons for an excellent rating. The detail of the work was highly professional, and my wife expressed it best when she looked over the exterior and then as we drove home when she looked closely at the interior. Her statement said at all: "It's obvious that the people at Lafayette Collision take pride in their work." Our experience from start to finish was exceptional, and there was no complaint to be made at any time. In this instance the owner, Nick, always was involved from our first meeting to get the estimate up until we got the keys back and departed. I make it a point to try to get three estimates for any major job that I have to have done. When I got the third estimate, I saw that the others were higher and, in conjunction with talking to the employees, I got the distinct impression that things were being padded. So naturally for the sake of my insurance company and my future rates, I went with LC as the one that gave me the best price and confidence that the job would be done correctly. Another plus is that during the week that Lafayette Collision had the car, we received emails about the status of the work and the expected date of return as was originally promised. The customer service also included a personal response by phone from Nick to an inquiry that I had left on voice mail. I would say that such service is a rarity in this day and age. So for those of you who like a company that knows what it is, I think this information would help you to decide if you're ever having to get car damage repaired. BTW, Nick threw a little freebie in for us with regard to a window chip that we did not expect but greatly appreciated. It's that type of consideration that gets people to return in the future when the service is needed as well as make legitimate referrals.

Each time I was impressed with their warm friendly atmosphere, their communication with me in regards to the progress, their professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of their work. They have finished my vehicles on time or even a bit early as compared to their initial time estimate. As an added bonus, they are the only preferred vendor for my insurance company in the county and as such, there was no need to wait for an adjuster nor did I need to get multiple estimates. I received a rental car with the tire pressure and check engine lights on, along with incorrect paperwork. This should have been my first red flag. When I called to report the mistakes, the receptionist dismissed it. After picking up my car, I called to say the backup camera wasn't working. The receptionist told me to stop by for a scan. When I did, I was told Bradley wasn't there and to come back after the weekend. On Monday, they walked out, checked the camera, and said it needed an "update" but everything was working, and I needed to take it to the dealership. They claimed they would go after my insurance if the they were found at fault. That's unacceptable; if they are at fault, they should own up to it. The dealership found that my camera and harness were corroded and needed replacing. I spoke with Gerald, who claimed corrosion was impossible in a sealed box - a clear sign he didn't know what he was talking about. The owner, Brad, eventually called. He admitted Gerald was wrong, and the camera didn't need an update, but now refuses to fix the backup camera, calling it a "known-issue," even though it worked perfectly before I brought my vehicle in. This company has lied multiple times throughout this entire process, from start to finish. They cannot be trusted with your vehicle

They said it was fully inspected before we took it, but that clearly is not true with these issues present. They said Bring it up there to get checked and they wouldn't cover the cost at all. As well, when we got it, it didn't have the air filter cover. The stabilizer link also broke a week in as well. If you ever decide to buy from this dealership, have another mechanic look it over first, because this shouldn't happen. We shouldn't have to get serious work done right away like this. Especially when we got the car this August 2021. And like I said, it clearly wasn't fully inspected if the gas issue was there to begin with. They never told us this before they sold the car. I think something like this should be addressed and fixed before sale on their dime. Never buying from this dealership again.

I was nervous taking my 1978 truck anywhere, especially since it was running pretty bad. I had no clue what was wrong and after I ran it bone dry on gas (yes, i know) it wouldn't start. Shout out to marquette detailing as they towed it to south side's shop. I got a call the SAME DAY saying they looked at it and it just needed A LOT of tune ups. IT WAS READY LATER THAT DAY. Literally where else?!?! I know stuff like this depends on the issue, part availability etc but holy cow was I excited. I attached a picture of my invoice for anyone who is curious! The total was $656.88 Although obviously expensive and hurt my wallet, as soon as I started my truck, shifted into drive, and stepped on the gas, I knew they fixed the issues. My truck struggled going up hills (hard to drive in MQT) but now it runs SO SMOOTH. They also have an after hours pick up spot for your keys and it was very convenient, as I worked late that day. From the moment I stepped on the gas I knew they fixed it.
