I started a policy with Rose's office last year, and after…read morepaying my most recent renewal, her office made an error on my insurance contract that caused State Farm to cancel my policy without my knowledge. This mistake not only left me and my family exposed in the event of an accident, but it also prevented me from registering my vehicle--leaving me without its use for months. To make matters worse, they are now requiring me to pay for months of coverage I never actually had just to have my policy reinstated. I've made several phone calls to try to resolve the issue with Rose's office, but with no success. Each time I've asked for corporate contact information, I've only been given excuses and incomplete details that make it impossible to reach anyone who can actually help. Do not do business with Rose's office, and I would strongly question whether you should do business with State Farm at all. I am still waiting to see if anyone from corporate leadership will contact me.

The personality of Griffin came off as the stereotypical- very "frat bro". As a person that may be the type of person that can be fun but as someone managing your money, supposed to be advising you on big decisions and helping plan for you future- the oh sorry i forgot, dont worry lax attitude but always wanting to talk ping pong, golf, and boast about all his "tesla clients" was not appreciated by us. We always left meetings/calls with more questions than answers and had to constantly check in and remind him of action items in his court not to mention repeatedly ask for responses. We were also very disturbed to find put he actually has others that are being trained under him working on his clients but that arent listed as his official team and not being transparent about them having access to our account info. These other "employees" ranged in different states not just nevada to make matters worse" There were several items he told us that Charles Schwab had Messed up on but after a lot of time we had to spend cleaning up the mess, it was very clear to us and the Charles schwab team that it was mistakes done by him. We are now with someone who is night and day difference. He answers all our questions, is organized, follows up, is extremely knowledgeable and doesn't just guess, AND comes to us with ideas.
