89.99 Tire Alignments - tax included!…read more Rolled into this location after learning that they do not take appointments for tire alignment. The "tire alignment" person had gone to lunch as we came, but we were first in line when they got back. It was prompt and completed within 30 minutes. The store lounge area is well-air conditioned and has comfy seating, including high top bar seating with outlets for desk work (or takeout) and a clean restroom and water fountain adjacent to it.

And choose to use something else without my permission. They told me my original lugnuts were not the right ones. I took my truck to Ryme time tire and they told me that the lugnuts discount tire should not have been put on. They tried to take them off and one lug nut was already broken. I took it back to discount tire and they tries to fix my broken lug nuts but couldn't. They put in a claim to have my trucked fix. The claims people never called. I had to take my broken truck to Toyota to fix. Toyota told me discount tire put the lug nuts on and broke all six of them including all six lugs. They had a hard time getting them off. Toyota fixed my broken wheel at a cost of 525.00. And discount tire just says they nothing to do with it. DISCOUNT TIRE will brake your vehicle and not fix it. I also heard another customer had there wheels work on and when they drove off the parking lot the whole wheel came off. Discount was supposed to just check my air in my tire and ended up breaking my truck. And now tells me its out of their hands. Save yourself a lot of money and dont go there for anything. They will break your vehicle.

I did have to make an appointment for the next day after stopping by to discuss my brake "issue." My husband followed me over there for the 0830 appointment to drop the car off and at around 1030 they called to say they were done and there was zero charge. Thanks Tire Discounters, because I fully expected you to drain and replace my brake fluid and replace my brake pads. My car only has 40k miles. An easy 5 stars!

After I bought my tires I was told that they could not perform an alignment due to my truck having after-market A-Arms from a Rancho lift. I thought OK, if you say so. However, the Chevrolet Dealer had no problem performing an alignment. Second, the Oil Change is only good for 3-months, so if you are not ready for an oil change it is worhless. Thirdly, and this is what prompted me to write this review, their scheduling for follow-up Rotation & Balance is horrible. I was contacted after making an online appointment to ask if I would be waiting for the vehicle. As a result of saying yes, it was recommended to me to choose the next day to ensure the vehicle would get prompt attention. HOWEVER, that was not the case. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes (including the 30 minutes I showed up early) my vehicle was still not in the bay being serviced. In the words of Seinfeld, you know how to take the reservation, you just dont know how to honor the reservation. So disappointed in the whole Tire Discounter experience. In the future I will use a locally owned business!!

He had a tire that seemed to have a leak and he took the tire off and brought it to them along with a bad tire that he wanted to replace. They charged him $20 for the repair. He brought it back home in my trunk. Their shop to my trun to my driveway. No possibility of a hazard. I met my son in the driveway to help him put everything back together. He felt accomplished. Luckily, I caught a glimpse of something metallic as we rolled the repaired tire to his car. Looking closer I knew it was a nail. I immediately tried to call Pep Boys, but they didn't answer three minutes until closing. I understand. We needed the car back in service. Time to invoke the spirit of the previous generation and share it with the next. I sent my son to the Auto Parts store for a repair kit and I taught him how to do it himself when people with the tools let you down or when you only have $10 and not $20. I figured Pep Boys would make things right the next day because they are a reputable business, right? WRONG. My son took the video I shot to them the next day (Highlight pictures from That video are attached for your pleasure),. He also brought his receipt for the tire repair kit, and his receipt where they charged him $20 for the repair...and they told him to go fly a kite. They took advantage of a 17 year old kid, folks. They had the gall to try to challenge their customer's integrity!! These folks aren't worth one star, but that's the lowest I can give them. Don't do business with unethical people like this. I will pay more somewhere else every time for a company that respects me and my issue as their customer.

Was told car needed wheel bearings on all 4, brakes and tires (which I knew and was planning to purchase). Was told by several people, it was unusual for all 4 bearings to be bad. Went to a legit business near my work. Only 1 bearings needed replaced, brakes are fine and I am purchasing tires from them. I of course won't be back and will have my alignments done elsewhere as I'm not sure they know what they are doing.
