This was verified by another injector and a Chief of Plastic Surgery. The staff has a listening problem-I told them repeatedly that I tend to get a low brow, that the last injector told me to never do my forehead again and they insisted saying it would give me a lift. They also recommended the eye cream $120. I recognized the brand and told them I had a full blown allergic reaction to that product as a body cream. They insisted I try it anyway. Again I had painful, itchy, scabbed rash that has scarred my torso. I don't recommend. LISTENING to their patients is an area for improvement.

He does a range of things besides just acne: chemical peels, Botox, filler, etc. I was first afraid of Botox, but I've seen the results with friends, Dr. Hadley talked me through it, and now I'm a fan. Swelling was terrible and they never said to put cool packs on my face. In fact, they said not to. Afterwards, I have found that that would have helped. The bigger problem is shown in the photos. On my left eye he did something horribly wrong and you can see from the other photo that I never had this pulling/puckering on that side until after the surgery. I waited a year and went back and he was like what's the problem? He did at least note on the photos that I didn't have that Before but brushed it off and told me to get Botox, but that of course didn't help at all. One side of my eye looks like natural wrinkles, but the other aisle looks very weird. She led me to a dressing room to change.. my only issue is that the robe I was given was damp, but I didn't wear it long so not a huge deal. After changing I went into the relaxation room with snacks and tea for a few minutes before Heather led me to the facial room. The facial was very nice and relaxing and Heather and I discussed my skin. I'm acne prone and she spend a lot of time on extractions which I'm really grateful for. She spent so long on it that we didn't have time for a scalp massage which is fine, I'd rather have her work on my stupid blackheads. My only suggestion would be to exclude the random leg massage. I wasn't expecting it and wished I had shaved. Another con was the hard upsell. They tried to get me to buy a oil hail brush massage and kept pushing overpriced products on me. Even with the 10% discount for getting a facial it was still very overpriced. Other than that it was very lovely.

Nowhere on your online booking statement does it state to call in if you'd prefer to have your $50 refunded to your credit card.
