When they came back because the noise was not fixed, they replaced the same bearings again and changed another thousand dollars. When l called them to complain they had changed us twice for the same bearings and were incompetent, they were rude and hung up. The room had a mini split put in as well as all new drywall/woodwork and even a brick floor. The exterior of the house had to have new siding put on since we had two windows and a door removed.
