I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. He found many things that the house inspector overlooked, and we were able to take care of many issues to bring the property up to code - safety wise. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly!
