I spent a lot on these shoes, so it was frustrating to see the heel caps deteriorate so quickly. I was basically dancing on the metal screw the last few months, so I desperately needed the repair. He put brand new caps on within a day and it only cost $14!! I will be sending all my dance friends here, and I will be back for sure! Mind you, the work on the belt was good but $25 to simply shorten a belt AND they never even called to tell him it was ready. Now we know why they didn't call because it wasn't ready. She did the work when he came to pick it up. Good customer service isn't just about doing the actual work, it's also how you treat your customers.
