Rip-Off. Went for Tuesday Lobster special advertised in the local paper. Walked in and were told, "no reservation, no Lobster, sorry. Place was empty, but no Lobster was available because they only provision for "reserved customers" ahead of time. That is not what their ad says. Ad stipulation: "some restrictions apply". Great place for a safe, FUN ladies night! Karaoke, dancing, and lotsa laughs:) They must have changed Bobby's sweet shrimp recipe, it used to be much better, it's a sweet shrimp scampi. Wow what can I say First time there and will definitely be back! Was a lot of fun it was a Thursday nite and we had had Happy Hour At Ruccis within walking distance so we thought we have a drink there! Walked in and Barmaid was really nice and helpful for picking out which Martini we should have! Omg Dirty Banana was delish and super strong well worth the $10 price tag! Lol there was awesome band playing and people were coming up to us you should come up dance with us! So we did very nice crowd there! We played Keno and always were able to get our tickets in! Didn't try any food there cause we had eaten at Ruccis but next time will for sure try the food! Lobster nite sounds great one pound Lobster and Salad Baked pot & one veggie for $14.95 on Wednesday nite! And they have Prime Rib Special on Thursday 20 oz for twenty Bucks! With all the fixings! This is the worst place ever. The food is gross and the drinks are water down. It looks and smells so old in side. The manager Pete doesn't care and needs to learn how to talk to customers. The waitresses are hopeless must be related to the jerk of a the bar owner. You order food and they bring it to you with no plate but on a paper tray and if you ask for a plate the waitress said they didn't have any. What kind of business owner doesn't invest in their establishment. One that just wants the money and to get young girls drunk to take them home in the beat up limousine. The first time we visited the place it was to attend a hypnosis show and we went back a few months later and saw the people he supposedly put to sleep walking around the bar he had pretended like they were paying guest but they were actors (and not very good ones) It's just a big rip off of an establishment. Its AWESOME! Customer service is GREAT! Pretty reasonably priced, live bands are usually good, very clean, food is average, lobster Tuesdays are pretty good. Servers are like Speedy Gonzalez meeting our numerous needs quickly we like that. We came w a large group n had a blast oddly they made us feel like family it was a nice change of pace from this bad area. Its not the horrid typical southern MD customer service n for that we'd rather spend our money at Martinis then the typical horrid attitude n service you get in other local restaurants. Went there on Thursday night. They have a prime rib special on Thursdays. It's as big as the plate and thick. Very tender and delicious . I also had the baked potato soup which was excellent. I highly recommend it. read more

I wish I could write this review without giving this establishment ANY stars! This restaurant exhibits the WORST customer service I've ever received in my life. Our waitress BEGAN waiting on us with an attitude. She told us that if we were going to use credit/debit cards, that we HAD to start a tab (which was unusual being as though this method was not used during our previous visits). The purpose of this method was so that if we walked out, she would have our cards on file. This reason was understandable until she notified us that she "only starts tabs on people she doesn't know". This statement raised a discriminatory issue, therefore we questioned what we thought was unfair. After the waitress had a fit and stormed off, a person in our party decided to go to the bar to ask for a manager. The person behind the bar (whom was dressed in the same attire as the rest of the waiters) claimed that she was the manager. After trying to explain the situation to the "manager", she explains that she doesn't know what her employee says, implying that she doesn't care about how she handles customer's complaints/criticism. Before the person in our party could return to the table from speaking with the "manager" behind the bar, a gentleman whom did not verify his position in the establishment came to our table. He proceeded to, instead of trying to resolve the issue, told us that "we didn't have to be here". With the gentleman's rude and erratic behavior towards the issue, there was a verbal altercation between him and another person in our party. He ordered someone to call the police. We suspected that it was just a tactic to get our party to leave the establishment in hopes that he and his staff did not have to deal with the issue at hand. Conclusion: I would NOT advise anyone to visit this establishment if 1) he/she is using a debit/credit card; 2) you aren't already familiar with the waiters; 3) if you want ANY customer service at all. read more

Okay, so where do I begin... I attended a benefit there on Thursday (9/15/2015) for "Rescue Angels ", which by the way happens to be their advertised "prime rib weekly special night ". There were 10 of us in our party, and we were told by a host of the benefit that an amazing 70+ tickets were sold for the event! 8 out of the 10 in our party wanted to order the prime rib special. We waited over an hour for our server to even take our drink order, to the point where we had actually written our own order on a sheet of paper to speed up the process (since for a benefit of at least 70 people, they only has 2 servers staffed for our event) . When the server cane back to take our order and got the paper, it took her another 30 minutes to come let us know there were no prime ribs left! She went on to tell us mgmt had only set aside 50 prime ribs for the event (with knowing they had sold 70+ tickets for that specific night, while also being their weekly prime rib night ). Very disappointed, we asked if they could substitute a similar steak for the special since we had waited so long, and she went to ask the manager, but told us there were several other steaks confirmed to still be available, at that time we also asked to put in 2 appetizers ... another 15 minutes later she came back and said they only had the ny strip left (conveniently being the same price as the special, so no discount had to be given ). We all ordered, some getting the ny strip which came with a salad, and others ordered salads, wraps, burgers etc... it took an hour to get our appetizers, and when the food came a side salad was forgotten, one steak was cooked wrong, and two of the meals were forgotten and had to take another 20 minutes to bring out. When the remaining meals were delivered the waitress actually dropped the burger on my co worker, which went down her chest... my other co worker was so hungry she basically just said whatever, ilk eat it because i have waited 2 hours or more for my food!! The only good experience about the evening was the comedians that were the entertainment. I was extremely disappointed in the service, management, and the overall lack of preparation for a benefit event. I will probably never return there to save myself more frustration and disappointment. read more
