I brought a dress that needed a slight hem and it had been a day so I didn't have heels- the person at the register just said "You didn't bring shoes? How are we supposed to know how much to take off?" and topped it off with a good laugh. It was so condescending and they weren't able to help out anyways because they didn't have the fabric for the dress but mostly you just never know what type of day someone is having so laughing at a simple mistake and talking down to someone is never a win.

They "repaired" the hole without consulting us and the fix was unacceptable. After a month of my husband calling for a refund, my husband planted himself at the store until they gave him some compensation. Today I discovered a Christmas robe still in the dry cleaners bag washed around the same time as the sweater. The white fur is now pink. I know I should have checked sooner, especially after what happened to the sweater. At this point I don't even want to bother complaining anymore. Do not use these people!!

I recently went there to wash a blanket in a regular size machine. Every machine I checked was dirty, inside and out, and the rubber inside the door was torn or loose. I did find one machine that I thought wasn't too bad, but when I removed my white blanket, it had black spots on it that I have not been able to remove. Not going back!

She said my clothes needed some extra charge because of the elasticity which the shirt definitely wasn't. The reason I'm saying this is because when you bring your clothes in she'll try to find some unreasonable reason to charge you more for the cleaning. Instead of giving you good customer service and wanting you to come back she'll try to get as much as she can regardless of what the reason is.
