Did I mention that it was Friday afternoon when I dropped it off? The staff was very friendly and took my outfit at the very last minute when nobody else would. Drop off and pick-up was super easy and convenient, even though they are located in a busy shopping center. "You do what you need to do." THIS is what I need to do. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS to a smaller establishment that appreciates your business. McNatt's 60-something years in business counts for squat. How are we supposed to know how much to take off?" and topped it off with a good laugh.
