"You do what you need to do." THIS is what I need to do. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS to a smaller establishment that appreciates your business. McNatt's 60-something years in business counts for squat. Saturday evening I was searching for a self- service laundry close to my house. I happen to drive-by and walk inside. I met the fabulous owners [ Tim and Thomas] in the midst of their Wash & Fold service for customers. That's right - they have a service with free pick-up and delivery [for us lazy peeps]. Prices are very reasonable and you can download Pay Range for cashless payments. If you forget detergent or get hungry, you can purchase snacks and soap from them. Their small but mighty staff is attentive to your belongings while attending to your unmentionables. Great folding job! And all wrapped up for a great presentation. The atmosphere is all around pleasant and I felt safe, something I thought I'd never say about any laundromat, ever. They have efficient and ergonomic machines. It took me about 45 minutes for all 4 king size pillows to be washed and dried. I highly suggest coming here to do your laundry. They have a great book you can read, called "Laundry Love" with some awesome laundering and cleaning tips. Who knew using wool balls for the dryer can reduce drying time and spraying vodka can help eliminate smoke odors. I left with some laundry knowledge! I recommend Pure Spin Laundromat-they will do an amazing job and their service is top-notch.
