It's the closest cleaners to us, and have done business with them for years, but I will never go back, and I recommend you do the same. If you are looking for a place to ruin your clothes and not make it right....bring them here. Hate your ex, bring their clothes here. Have a rude co-worker, bring their clothes here. Don't like someone, bring their clothes here. They do a great job...until they don't, and then do not make it right. Long story short, we took a handmade, one of kind blouse we purchased in Italy to them to get cleaned. I picked up our cleaning and as my wife was putting up her clothes up, she noticed the stains on her blouse. So, I take it right back up to the cleaners and the owner tells me he will make it right, but he need to do some more "research" to figure out what happened. So, a week later, I swing by hoping they could get the stains out, but they couldn't. The owner in many words than this, told me: these stains did not happen here. I tried to explain to him, my wife wore it, and then put in our dry-cleaning bin, and then brought up to them. So sometime between when my wife wore it (no stains), to when it was sitting in our laundry bin (no stains), to me taking it to the cleaners (no stains) is when apparently, I messed up this $300+ blouse???? REALLY? He emphatically told me how long he has been in the business, how long his workers have been in the business, and that they did not do this. He was not budging and there is nothing I could say or do to change his mind. Oh, his "best offer" was to give me a $50 credit to the cleaners. In my entire adult life of using cleaners, I have gone back to the cleaners ONCE in 25 years to talk to my clothes having an issue. I am not *that* guy looking for handouts, I just want the people I hire to clean my clothes, to not ruin them. So...if you are looking for a place to ruin your clothes and not make it right....bring them here. Hate your ex, bring their clothes here. Have a rude co-worker, bring their clothes here. The staff members are always super friendly and efficient and we've always been satisfied with the quality, presentation, and overall turnaround times. We've even employed their services for minor alterations with hemming and reattaching buttons, and their prices are affordable and comparable to other cleaners in the area. We will gladly continue to take our garments here weekly and have already recommended this location to others!

I've used the same dry cleaning establishment for roughly 50 years. Also, I prefer to have my…read morenon-knit shirts dry cleaned and not laundered. Recently I was charged for removing a blood stain that I didn't know existed (and I'm usually good at checking and pointing out any stains when I leave my clothes). That $12 charge prompted me to consider changing dry cleaners, so I decided to send 6 shirts each to Kite's and to my long-time dry cleaners in order to make a side-by-side price and quality comparison of the two cleaners. I was shocked to learn that Kite's was 43% higher for 6 shirts than the company I have been using. Today, for the first time, I wore one of the shirts cleaned by Kite's. The shirt looked good - no better or worse than shirts done by my long-time dry cleaners. However, the Kite's shirt has an unpleasant smell that I've not experienced with my existing dry cleaning company. Although I don't know for certain, my guess is that the smell comes from the cleaning fluid used by Kite's. I know Kite's has been in business a long time and that their customers must be satisfied. However, based on the significant cost of cleaning difference AND the smell, I'll stick with my long-time cleaners.

When I came to pick it up, it had rips in the front partially through the fabric, (so even sewing it up wasn't an option to fix it) like it had been caught and ripped during their cleaning process. When I brought it to their attention, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they actually tried to say it was just "normal wear and tear." Are you kidding me?! A 4-month-old jacket doesn't just *tear itself* while being professionally cleaned. And then they had the nerve to say we hadn't "spent enough money" with them for them to do anything about it. The only thing they offered was $15 -- for a jacket they ruined that cost ten times that. No apology, no accountability, just excuses and attitude. This place is a joke. They don't care about your clothes, and they definitely don't care about their customers. Take your business *anywhere else* -- unless you're okay with getting your stuff back damaged and being blamed for it.
