SCAM LIKELY! I had the unfortunate experience of patronizing this 'business' on a recommendation of someone I know. She's never used the service but drives past it often. Without my normal due diligence of research, I stopped in. My elderly uncle wanted his favorite two church suits cleaned and I was new in town which is why the referral. There were red flags empty store/lot no price list no quotes in writing. But since I was there, I asked for a list and then a quote. I was quoted $33-34. High, but ok. My uncle is now happy and willing to pay. I'm notified the suits are ready. I pick up my uncle because he wanted to get out plus pay for his suits. I convinced him to wait in the car. I go inside, give my ticket and my total was more than double - $76.06!!!! $76.06 for 2 suits. It took the power of God to keep me from flipping things over and storming out leaving everything. But my uncle was waiting for his favorite suits. Begrudgingly I paid but THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! The suits were not in the best condition for the cost and a pair of the slacks are not even his - so they lost a pair of his slacks! PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. Let me start by saying that my dry cleaning was done perfectly here. No complaints about that whatsoever. I do think though, that their prices are a little bit high. Regular price to clean my business suit was $18, but luckily I had a $5 off coupon. I also think that the front end of the business looked a little old and sloppy. If I am paying that much money for cleaning, I want to come into a place that looks nice. Because it's close to where I live right now, and not totally outrageously priced, I will probably be back, but I wish that they had a frequent customer discount plan or something to take the sting out of the prices. People at this store are always friendly. I rated with only one star due to ongoing quality issues and one customer experience issue. One quality issue is inconsistent starch on my shirts. I have a standard request of light starch. In most cases this is done well. Frequently however, I'll have 1-2 shirts in my bunch that come back with very heavy starch. The other quality issue is what I consider the quality of how my dress shirts are pressed. The collars are pressed and starched in an open manner, not along collar seams in the front, and if one doesn't wear a tie then this results in the shirt looking unprofessional. It was explained to me by Martinizing that they use an automatic pressing system and they cannot accurately control how shirts are aligned on the press. Martinizing is happy to re-do shirts for the issues noted above but in my experience the issues persist. The customer experience issue that I noted is in regard to my attempted to pick up my laundry last Sunday afternoon prior to a business trip. I was there well within the operating hours posted on the door. Unfortunately, the store was closed and I couldn't get my clothes. There was no sign on the door to indicate that they would be closed that afternoon, there was no notice on their sign, nor email messages with notice. read more

Terrible. Asked for my coats zipper to be repaired and waited 2 weeks for pick up. Once I got home I saw that there was still no zipper on my coat. Had to call corporate for a resolution. What a waste of time and money. I will never come here again read more

I dropped off my winter coat to be cleaned. Went to pick it up Sunday - office hours posted online and on the door 11-4. No one ever opened the store. I needed to leave town without my coat. Absolutely unbelievable. Yes, it was a snowy day, but every other business was open. read more

I'm going to come right outta the gate: Yes, they are WAY overpriced. However, I am on their email list and NEVER, I mean, NEVER go here without a coupon in hand. As mentioned before, I am a frugal so that usually brings the price down to somewhat reasonable. They offer free pick up and delivery. I've never taken advantage of that though. I do think it is kind of strange that I've never seen the same person working there- ever. They just cycle through workers. Which is good because some are quite surly. So, this is on my way home and way to work, super convenient location. I've never had a problem with missing or damaged items. *knock on wood* read more

Disappointing service. They didn't have our items ready and the manager knew when I dropped them off that they were for an important event. When I went to get them, the staff was not very reactive. I won't go there again. Their BBB rating is a D minus which is very telling. read more

I've spent thousands (no, I'm not exaggerating) over the years on family dry cleaning. The only reason I haven't stopped coming here before NOW was convenience ONLY. Too many issues with this place: Missing or wrong people's clothing returned to me. Staff doesn't seem to care to rectify nor do they seem to care that I have in my possession, someone else's shirt. A shrug and a 'I dunno' response. Damaged buttons on my shirts. Cracked or missing. My sleeve cuffs frayed and damaged. Shoulders and pockets of shirts so wrinkled, that I have to re-iron when I get home. Chemical stains (and not attributed to pre-wash stain spotting). Constantly failed to apply coupons- I'm told just to 'drop' the coupons in the bag with the laundry. How is that smart?? Tell me they don't overlook coupons that are buried in a giant ball of garments.... Get a clue!!! read more

Pricing is outrageous, would not recommend. Friendly staff but not worth the price. Pricing is not clear or up front when dropping off clothing - had no idea what the price would be before and was shocked when picking up. Quality of cleaning was fine, but again not worth the price. Look elsewhere to avoid insane prices. read more

The coupons are worthless because their standard rates are ridiculously pricey relative to the quality they provide. I've taken items in to be cleaned and also recleaned before. Even when they offer to reclean, the items come back the same as before. Don't waste your time/money and go elsewhere. read more

Maureen is the lovely lady that is there whenever I drop off and pick up. She is so kind and accommodating, and just a joy to work with. Prices are very reasonable, especially since they are so willing to apply the best discount/coupon available. If the location is convenient, definitely check them out. read more

The customer service was okay... but holy crap. I've returned 3 times in the last week - each time for the same shirt that needed two buttons replaced. BOTH times I've returned, the buttons have been the incorrect size, wrong color and not in the right spot. How is this even possible? Do the people doing these repairs even have eyes?? read more

I am beyond frustrated with the mess-ups that have occurred in the past year. When they changed "systems" followed by the departure of the local manager -- communication began to break down. We are delivery route customers, but sometimes we bring things in. Sometimes we like to pick up those items, and sometimes we request -- explicitly -- that they be returned on the route. In practically every case they've messed up the order, resulting in items not being ready for business trips, etc. I've had it, and I just cancelled our service. Plus, as other reviewers have noted, they are expensive! At one point we were told that because we were route customers we got an automatic discount. Later I was told that I should use coupons. Who knows what's the truth? Something has happened in the past year, and it's not good. read more

They ruined a very expensive pair of riding pants with suede patches even though I pointed out the suede ahead of time. Once I discovered the problem, I took the pants in and they took them back for a week to have their tailor look at them. I picked them up a week later only to discover that the "repair' had in fact made the problem worse. I finally got them to agree to let me take go to the man who made the pants for the repair and they would reimburse me for the cost. I have now been on the phone which has been unanswered for 8 minutes on a Friday at 11am calling for the reimbursement check. No answer. DON"T GO HERE!!! read more
