I ordered the octopus salad and a side of time and beans. I'm from Puerto Rico and rice and beans are a staple. But the beans must have sofrito in them and I did ask. They were there!! I would have never thought about having octopus with olives, grapefruit, oranges. Yes this dinner was expensive but I knew that coming in and expected it. So the bill was no surprise. What was a surprise was the amazing flavors we got to experience tonight and after all isn't that what life's about? It's not the gift but the experience and if you want that I am highly recommending Trova. Plus our waitress Genesis was awesome to get to know!
