Hopefully this will soon be known as the local Brewpub/Gastropub. They have a ton of lines not being used yet. The beers they DO have are comparable for Delco but taste cleaner and colder. We came in to get drinks and appetizers as a party of three and were accused of providing fake IDs, despite all of our IDs being real. Our party consisted of a 28, 25, and 23 year-old - one of these being a first time customer. After greeting our waitress, trying to order drinks and giving our IDs, the waitress accused two out of the three of us having fake IDs (which is completely false.) We asked to speak to a manager and tried to explain the situation, as we were confused and upset considering we usually enjoy our visits to this location and were being falsely accused of a crime. While speaking with the manager, our concerns and feelings were dismissed, and then we were asked to leave after being told that the restaurant has the right to refuse service to anyone and started using profanity towards us. While we understand that they are legally able to refuse service to anyone for any reason, we were simply trying to clear up the accusations being made against us. We were asking for our IDs to be rescanned or for some further action to be taken so we could prove they were valid and receive service. We would have even been fine with authorities coming in to scan our IDs to verify their validity. We are deeply upset and disappointed by what we experienced, and it has completely ruined our perception of a place we genuinely used to love. No amount of cheap food and beer deals is worth going through what we just experienced. Never in my life have I felt the way this restaurant made me feel tonight. I know this review will probably get lost among many others, but I simply cannot stay silent after what we went through tonight. The customer service was poor, and there was little effort made toward reconciliation or customer satisfaction. As saddened as I am to say, we will never be coming back to this establishment again after what we went through tonight.
