Crab cakes and the chicken Parmigiana

Great local spot! We had the crab cakes and chicken Parm. Service was good. Food takes a while to come out but overall great local spot!

Old green peppers when it said roasted red

Food has really gone down hill. We ordered the humus to go and the vegetables were all spoiled... We received green peppers instead of roasted red and they were rotten. Everything had a fizzy almost ammonia like taste so we gave up hope and threw it out. Update: I was told my mother was given a gift card and an apology from the manager. We will definitely be giving them another shot. He said he hoped we would give them another chance. Seems like the manager is business wise. Fingers crossed we have a better experience next time!

Great service and incredible food! Wish they had asked if we wanted dessert, but other than that, no complaints.

    Spinach and Artichoke dip

Definitely hit this place!! It was really a 4.5 so I'm rounding instead of down. Lots of big stone walls and timbers so it was a nice atmosphere. Just a little too dark which made reading the menu a little challenging. Ok, onto the food. Spinach and Artichoke dip was piping hot (little bland though) but definitely good. My cheesesteak with mushrooms and tater tots was really good. Stuffed full and very flavorful. My girlfriends cowboy burger with sweet potato fries not only was correctly cooked at medium like she asked but the lettuce and tomatoes were super fresh like they were handpicked from the garden, bright green and vibrant red. And the pickle was super yummy and crunchy, not just a salty, soggy, log thrown down. Kudos to these guys!! This is where personal taste comes in. We both love our fries crispy with a good crunch and both were super crunchy. We were super happy we took a chance on this place and then we received the bill. Only 56$ and we had an appetizer and 3 drinks! We left feeling like we had just won some sort of a lottery prize!

Food, service and ambiance was great. Went there with my fiancé for a date night. The place is much bigger then I thought with an extra bar and pool table upstairs. Place is great for larger parties

You could easily pass by this building never knowing it is a bar- it's on the side of a mountain, looks a little like a rancher house and has a small parking lot. Being the beer nerds that we are, we decided to check out the advertised selection on a Thursday night in July. This bar is a true neighborhood bar. Everyone knew everyone else- except us. There are drinking bumper stickers up all over the wall (24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence?) two pool tables, a shuffle bowl game that didn't appear to be working and a juke box blasting AC/DC, Ozzy and Skynrd. We were a little turned off by the appearance and ambiance (and one of the locals who had consumed too much Canadian Windsor) but we were pleasently surprised at the beer selection: beers from Troeges, Rouge, Flying Fish, Victory, and all the regulars- Bud, etc. at just $3.50 a pint. In Philadelphia or local breweries, these same pints can go for $4-$6. The worst part about Martin's was the odor of the ladies' room- the air was just dead even though there was a working exhaust. Otherwise, the people were friendly, the selection was decent and the price was right. I'll be sure to use the bathroom at home before our next trip but we'll certainly be back!

Perfect for meeting friends having a gathering we're just having dinner on a business trip. There's an above average beer offering as well as a full bar. I chose to have an old-fashioned with my meal. There's a large selection of shareable's and I chose the crab dip and it was nicely done. There's five or six flatbread pizzas to choose from a nice offering of salads as well as sandwiches, and four entrées, consisting of mac & cheese, fish and chips, muscles, pork cutlet. I always enjoy Reuben so I took their twist of a Reuben cheesesteak on a pretzel hoagie, which was nice and soft and a fun twist on a Reuben. If you're local, I think it's a great location to meet friends and have a beer after work if you're traveling like myself it's a great option versus the standard national brands.

Stopped in for the first time love the rustic feel of the tall wooden roof and long bar for games or more quieter sections for dinners or dates. The service was quick, efficient and friendly with the staff running me through the daily and football specials, suggestions on good drafts like their Lukr, a more foamy pour in their 20oz. Mugs for $8.00 with their house New Trail pilsner or Forest & Main lagers. For a short drive out of DE you'll find this quiet, quant restaurant this is loud, fun and welcoming inside. Can't wait to see how the summer is here with plenty of outdoor space for this bierhaul! Cheers!
