In the beginning, I was not told this would be a two day job. They were late on both days of this job. The time was underestimated each day for the job. They parked illegally in a driveway, blocking two cars access to leave. They left the floors dirty and did not clean up. I wish I would have known that I could have to clean up after them, so I could have planned this additional work. They left the heater at 76 degrees for two days WITHOUT asking me. I had to rush an hour's drive just to turn off the heat. The gas bill will be very high. I was not told that my electricity would be used for this service of floor repair. I was not told that the heater would run for two days. I debated to put 3 stars for the good looking floor, but the cons outnumber the pros.

They were able to re-do the bathroom, including installing cement board (the old tiles were on plywood), for a very fair price. The job was quoted the same day I inquired, and done less than 3 days later. The experience was so good, I also had them install vinyl plank flooring in my basement, again for a very fair price. The crew is honest (no overcharging), respectful of your home (cleaned up and helped move things), and worked really hard. The end result of the work is quality, both installations look very clean and professional, with no signs of any corners cut whatsoever. When Tao first came by for a free estimate, he had great suggestions to make the space look larger and more open. We wanted to try to match the existing hardwood floors we already had as much as possible. Tao immediately knew what kind of floors to use and he even had samples on hand so that I could compare them with our current floors. Tao's estimate was very reasonable and comparable to other companies I reached out to. I went with Tao because of his background as a designer and I trusted he would make sure the floors look great! It ended up being a great decision because we are very happy with our new floors! The installation process was very smooth and even finished earlier than expected. The crew was very respectful of our home and did a great job keeping the house clean after their work was done.
