When I was told $768, I thought, wow high, but things change over time. Not the case, each part 2 rotors, caliper were charged double O'Reilly cost, where the parts come from, so, invoice attached: also was charged labor per rotor 49.99. Then 99.99 labor for caliper, the standard brake pad cost cost is only thing close to legitimate. Caliper was doubled as well. I asked why so high, the gentleman said its to keep the lights on, its a new building, there are costs, so that we are for people that don't have a shop to refer to. Only reason I went was due to good reviews, worked with they years ago at old location. Service rep found me in the system. Unfortunately I was stuck, an inspection turned out to be mostly apart lol. These charges are ridiculous and bogus. I warn people to be aware in doing business at this location. There's a sign that mentions 17.9 % upcharge parts /supplies, no more than 29.99. That doesnt fit either. We'll see how this lifetime warranty works out.

Here is why they are not a good business. - They were quick to take my nearly $1200 for an AC repair, but when it was finished, nothing had changed. Same exact problem. They were not excited to continue looking at my vehicle. Next is why: - They told me it could be up to two weeks before they could look at the problem, and I would need to leave the vehicle there in case something changed. I explained that this vehicle was how I made a living and could not afford to do that. - I asked, and tried to reason with them about this. Matt at the counter basically said he didn't care and everyone gets treated the same. Leave it or it won't get looked at. - I tried to work out a future date that I could schedule the work to be done to make right what they did not fix, and was promptly told again that they would NOT do that under any circumstances. Matt followed this up by saying a business next to him spends over $100k a year with them and they have to wait, why shouldn't I? - I further pushed to emphasize that I didn't have other vehicles to use like them and could we please schedule a time to fix what I paid for. Matt's response was "if you wanted to schedule when work gets done then you should have picked a large shop that does that. Here you just get in line and wait. - None of this was expressed to me initially and they had no problem taking my vehicle right away, but now that it isn't resolved, they will get to it whenever they can. - I even called ahead when I found the issue wasn't fixed and thought I set up an 'appointment' for Friday since I was told to bring it in Friday morning and leave it. The vehicle sat there all day and wasn't touched. That's when I got the 'we don't work weekends, but you'll need to leave it and maybe we look at it next week. Completely inconsiderate and disregard for their customers. So save yourself the frustration and a huge headache. Avoid these people at all costs. They do NOT have your best interest in mind and are not interested in any follow up work that's not a quick fix.
