My car was stuttering and wouldn't go past 50 without the check engine light flashing and feeling like I couldn't drive it I don't know if they only test drove it around Belleville if even at all but I work in Stl so that simply isn't ideal Fixed the heating and cooling system but it squeaks (I'll take my wins where I can get them ) Took my car back to these people whom I'm pretty sure did nothing as my car was still stuttering and was not doing so before they worked on it. Also somehow in the midst of them having my car my brand new card was trying to be using for a 350$ instacart order . Im almost positive they thought oh my car is in the shop it couldn't of been them But quite literally I just turned this card on and it was no where but physically in the car. Ended up taking my car to Walters collision (10/10) ( sweetest man ever)by Krispy Kreme in Fairview who called us in to literally show us these people half ass fixed my car and didn't tighten things that needed to be tightened It took him weeks to fix what they messed up. These people basically took over a thousand dollars from us .

Not wanting to take a chance with a 740 mile drive ahead of me, I looked up the highest rated ASE Mechanic in the area and that was Bruce's Auto Repair. Although he was swamped with business, the owner took time to test drive my car and tighten some things up, so I could safely get back home and have my local ASE mechanic check it out. While he didn't charge me despite my protests, I'd say that by the number of cars being repaired or waiting to be repaired his rates are reasonable. I'm back in LA now, but If I still lived in the O'Fallon, IL area, Bruce's Auto Repair would definitely be my mechanic!

I do not trust these people to work on my car. It was said…read morethat I needed a timing chain. I took it to two other mechanics they all agreed not only was it NOT the timing chain but that the timing chain is in excellent condition. It was simply a vacuum component. When I returned to this shop, Full Circle, Michael restated that it was the timing belt and he knew this because he heard it before replacing my valve. I asked him did he hear it after replacing the valve he said he didn't listen for it. No way! You don't look over your work after completing it. He said my car was going to break down if I didn't fix it. He also recommended I replace my breaks and tires which are barely eighteen months old. TRUST ME, you do not want to take your car here.
