We recently purchased 4 new tires end of August. In less than 2 weeks we had a super low tire on…read morethe back passenger tire after adding air a couple of times I talked my husband to go back and have them replace it! Well, it was a bad tire stem letting the air leak. So they fixed it. My husband doesn't know if they put a new stem in or not. But it has stayed inflated. We drove to Anderson today because I wanted to look at Halloween decorations at the Walmart, but no I am sitting in the Belle Tire store because the front tire has 20 pounds of air in it. You pay over $500 for 4 tires for a 2010 Chrysler 300 that, in my opinion, does not deserve new tires, and the "tire experts" don't even think the antique Chrysler might need new valve stems? Guess I will get to visit Belle Tire 2 more times. I am looking forward to it ( :! I will say they are very polite and respectful at the store. It is a classic example of how men and women think so differently. Why not check all 4 valve stems the first time and change them all??? No, we will go two more times then all 4 will have been replaced! Yay! I can go on with my life!

Greg. Greg Surface…read more 1st Assistant Manager. My experience with Greg was very poor. He came across as an arrogant, condescending, and dismissive manager. It seemed what little politeness he was able to find was forced. As if his poor customer service has long been an issue and the company has tried to (re)train him by telling him what to say. If that is the case, additional training is still required. There are far too many tire shops available to feel like you're actually bothering the staff you are paying! I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
