Horrible experience! Took car there to have tire patched, technician broke valve stem so they replaced tpm sensor and charged me for new one. Front desk said it would automatically reconnect and never did so vehicle always says tire pressure is 0. Wont ever be going back! read more

I brought my car in to get two new tires and a front end alignment done. I also asked them to check a leak that someone missed last time I had it there. They quoted me $510 before taxes to do everything. After it was finished I was told the bill was $646. I said I was quoted $510 before taxes and he told me that taxes were $42 so it was $646. I've brought my car there for years and didn't have an issue until recently. I think I'm done with it. read more

I had many options as you likely will when it comes to car tires I would suggest shopping around but ultimately consider Marty's Tire if you're at least in the Burien King County area they're right off of ambaum and they're Services really good they're always crowded because they take care of their customers the right way I bought a set of four brand new tires that ultimately we're just over $500 however that's balanced mounted the tires All Season radial milestars I was in and out within 25 minutes or so they even let me sit in the car while they did the work been going here for a couple decades or better they will do the right thing or make it right prices are going up everywhere just remember that but at least at Marty's Tire you will get what you pay for what you saying something nowadays five star 100% terrific work and serviced correctly the first time ! Went here to get my front tires changed, they broke our key and couldn't get the tire off. They said the key was already broken which is a straight up lie. the key wasn't broken, and they refused to help us out or make things right. dishonest and cowards if you ask me. I'll never go here again or let any of my family go here any more. took it to Firestone and they said Marty's definitely broke it, especially since we just had the tire off the day before and everything went great. I came in here for state inspection when a more popular establishment was fully booked one morning - and they recommended this place. At first glance this place looks old, and is located in the back of a run down plaza... BUT the people here are very friendly. And I received good service. This place is generally a tire shop, but that's not why I went. I like this place because of the great service. A good place to remember in case you need a state inspection. read more

For roughly 25 years or more I've taken my vehicles to Marty's for everything from getting flats fixed, to getting new sets of tires, to having them perform various mechanical repairs and I have always had both good service and good results. I've been a customer for years, spent a few thousand dollars here over time. My school has an agreement with them where they do a 10% discount on service cost. I called before bringing my vehicle in today and they refused to honor it. I'm not sure what 5% of service cost would add up to for getting an inspection sticker, $90 oil change and brakes and rotors replaced would be but they've lost all my future business over it and will be getting a negative review on every website they're on, in addition to the dean of the college getting informed they don't honor their discounts over it. Today's bill would have been over $500, I'll be buying $1,000+ in tires for my 2SS Camaro by the end of the year. I'll gladly pay someone else if that's how they want to do business. read more

Store employees were very rude when I went in to inquire about a question. Have stopped at this location 2 times, both with a negative outcome. First visit, stated they were booked up and no time to even offer help. Second time went in to check about a Tire manufacturers defect (tires were purchased from a different shop) and the employee I spoke with became defensive and refused to offer any help at all. They told me they would never take a loss for a customer or any other shop and for me to think that was absolutely ridiculous. I didn't even ask them to fulfill it, just wanted to ask if they knew what my options might be, since, you know, they are a tire dealer after all. 2 stars is for the rude and defensive employees, would not be comfortable having them work on my car, even though they never have before.... read more

Billy (owner) and his team took great care of me when I needed new Dick Cepek's for my Wrangler. The price was the best that I could find anywhere including the internet. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any tire needs. The owner is right there with them taking care of business and they also do other work as well! I was in a pinch for time, so went to Marty's since it was in my neighborhood. All I needed was two new tires and one tire plugged (I had already located the hole). Not only did they put the most expensive High Performance tires they could on my Corolla, they also didn't plug the tire, but managed to charge me for it. This place is AWESOME. I was recommended here by another shop and will never look back. I was looking to buy four new tires, called around to get prices. I called Marty's to ask if they would price match WalMart's prices (I try to support local businesses when I can)..and they did! I have since taken my car here many times and the price is always reasonable and the work is always reliable. You have to drop your car off pretty early to get it serviced, and they don't offer a shuttle like other shops do, but the quality of work, customer service, and prices make it all worth it.
