When we got to their shop to clean out our RV they offered us popsicles to help with the heat. Everyone there was very nice and super supportive. They even drove one family to their home in War, West Virginia after they could not get a ride.

Since they could only carry 2 people in the tow truck, by law, a man, last name Hutchinson, picked up my family in his own truck. They took us to a hotel by their shop and even got a discount on our stay. The next morning, Daniel, (I believe was his name) the mechanic that worked on our vehicle found the problem immediately. He fixed the problem and had us back on the road by 11:00 am. They did not take advantage of our situation and just billed us for the tow and an hour of labor, didn't need any parts. What can I say, they saved our trip and didn't break the bank in the process!

There is a sign that say''s " Professional Service", now I'm not sure what that means because I surely did not receive any professional service whatsoever. My assumption was that they did not feel like checking the vehicle out.. So I wonder if the black Buick that's been sitting there for weeks has been going through the same thing!!! Never again, if you take your vehicle there, hopefully they will be in the mood, and interested, as it is an auto service center.

No regards whatsoever for private property, didn't ask my permission, didn't repair the damage and didn't put my blocks back where they found them. It wasn't my vehicle and it wasn't my problem but they destroyed my property and made extra work for me because I had to restack the blocks, but hey, anything to make their lives easier is the general mindset of service people in Charleston. If I ever do need a tow, I won't be calling these people.

I took my car there Friday to get the sticker and was failed for every single little thing possible. Some of the things included tires and bulbs so I let them put in the bulbs. When I got home I noticed the right side low beam wasn't working at all and worked perfectly before. So I take it back in today and Travis tells me well we only changed the right side low beam you'll have to wait and we'll look at it. Which is the exact thing no longer working so then I'm told "I'm not sure it may be the switch". So I take it to Monroe's and they tell me it's not the switch it's the wiring and they'll take a better look tomorrow but now I will not be able to get my sticker, even after spending 2 grand. Thankfully Monroe's is replacing all 4 ball joints that Britt tires failed me on for the sticker, considering as something so simple as a bulb went wrong. Not only that but Travis insisted on ordering me the cheapest tires, master tracks. A very very nice employee named brad suggested better tires for the same price and Travis scolded him right in-front of me saying no I said to just order her the master tracks. We both were in shock the way Travis acted about it and I said well someone is miserable... So miserable that I'm questioning the inspection and most of all I'm wondering why I couldn't get help fixing the issue he created. Instead he chose to be rude to me a third time, costed me thousands and made it to where I still cannot get a sticker. Don't go here you will regret it.

Plus, I don't have to go there anymore in-as-much as my car is no longer under factory warranty. Anyway, my beloved Karlie (Kia Optima) was rattling, shaking and making weird noises. Travis, and his team at Brit, were genuinely kind, patient to explain and answered all of my questions. I was totally comfortable leaving my car with them. Later in the day Travis called and explained what needed done and how much it was going to cost. I was aware that it needed several repairs, therefore I knew it was going to cost a bit. My instincts told me that I could trust him 100%, so I had no qualms paying a fair price for, what I just knew, was going to be quality work. And I was not disappointed. When I collected my car and drove away, I almost cried for joy. She rides beautifully...I am so very happy!!! I've just been driving around town for no reason other than the pure joy of driving. When I first used this shop, another repair shop told us that our CRV needed $1,200 in repairs. Paul examined the vehicle and told me that nothing was needed. They have now worked on three of our vehicles and I have never had a problem.

Sure enough, woke up to 11psi in the tire, and was able to pump back up to 30 to drive over to the shop. A week later I could hear something loose in one of the rear drums - rattling around. I took it back to their shop. When I came back, they said nothing was wrong and charged me $40. There was obviously something the mechanic missed the first time during installation. It was the same mechanic who checked it out when I came back. I'm guessing he said there was nothing wrong to cover his own butt, and quietly fixed his error. I should not have been charged.
