When I picked up my dog, she tried to charge me $10 more than I was quoted and started to argue with me, but then out a lid on it. WORST cut I have ever got for my dog!!!! 5 hours sitting in a dark room, with kennel or without I dont know for sure. You drop them off in the morning and pick them up late afternoon. They will tell you how they cattle your dog all day!! Never again would I knowingly let my dog sit in a kennel all day stressing out!! That's why they offer the Dog Ease. I was told to drop off my dog at 8am on Saturday and said they will call me, did not give any time or maybe by closing time would work too(my dog is shy and have bad anxiety) But no, i had to call to check in twice and they were still not done. By the time i pick her up, one of the groomers said she accidentally cut my dogs mole because "she did not see it" i mean she cut several moles(my dog is winter white, so you can see every thing on her) When we got home, my dog went to pee and she cried, i checked that area and there were cuts, It was not necessary to shave her so close down there! This a great place to take your pet for grooming. Staff is very friendly and professional. Our boxer always comes out smelling his best for the ladies. If there was one thing that I would ask to improve is the amount of time he spends there to be shorter. It's usually 5-6 hours that he spends there. All in all a great business!! I took my 13 year old BLIND dog Chiggy in for my 1st time grooming. 9/14/2015 week He came out beautiful...got him home he cried wimpered and wouldn't sleep for 5 days....Yesterday Monday the 21st sept I turned him over when I was playing with him, he was buzzed clipped over his ball area and he was already altered so it wasn't bulged. I just moved to the Wylie area and was looking for a new grooming place for my dogs. I went on Yelp and found this place. I wrote them directly through Yelp really early in the morning. I wasn't expecting to get an answer until they were opened but I received a response right away. The owner was very friendly and went through all the pricing with me and she even got us in the same day, which I was very surprised because my usual groomer can never get my dogs in the same day and we would have to wait a few days. My husband and I went to drop off our dogs and they were very busy, which is a good sign. It means that people like their work. They were very friendly and wrote down all the details on how we wanted our dogs to be cut. Our dogs were both finished around 5:30 pm. I came to pick them up and was very satisfied with how they looked. I really recommend this place because they do a great job!!! read more

This business charged me 30% for the "convenience" of using a Visa. I brought my dog in for a nail clip and she said she charges $10 for that. I handed her my Visa and she again said $10. She rang it up and handed me the slip to sign which I did. No receipt. When I got my statement, the charge for $13. That is against Texas law (I looked it up--10 States including Texas). I called them and the lady said she wasn't the one who helped me and that was their policy. But the lady who helped me said it would be $10 and charged me $13. She said, "Yes M'am, that was their policy for the convenience for using a Visa". I would have paid cash had I known. I didn't see a sign and she said there was one (I read all of the walls). She asked if there was anything else that she could do for me. I asked, so that's it? Tough luck? That's how you conduct business? She reiterated it was their policy and nothing that she could do. We took our cockapoo in for the first time to be groomed. The owner said that she had some matting on her back legs and that they would cute her down to address the matting. When we came to pick her up she had been totally shaved down. We did not even recognize her as our dog. She has arthritis in her back legs so we have kept her a little long to conceal that condition. She looked awful. We were very disappointed in the grooming. If they had told me they were going to shave her completely I would never have agreed to that. Be very careful with this groomer! read more
