They had their promotion for a free car wash so I went to check it out. It was a great experience, and service was very good. I also signed up for the membership since it was such a great deal. I had to park on neutral and sat in the car as they washed the windows and the sides of my car. Then, the car go through the auto wash. It was a quick and easy process. Afterwards, I park in one of the spaces and used the vacuum cleaner and to use their towels in the bin to dry the car. Marvel Car Wash opened recently and has three tiers. The process is just like Mister Car Wash, with an automated wash and vacuums available afterwards. The Express tier is $12 and the two attendants did a brief scrub of my windshield and sides before I entered the automatic cleaning. The vacuums post-wash seem clean and have good suction. They also provide microfiber cloths to wipe your car down with, which I used for the dog slobber art on my windows. There was no wait on a Tuesday morning and my car feels great! read more

I've been wanting to try Marvel Carwash as it's close to my house and finally got a chance to try it. I've tried a similar Carwash called Mister Carwash in Alhambra and this place is noticeably better and exceeded my expectations. After using them, I can say they're the best car wash I've ever been to. Very friendly and excellent customer service. I love how they do a pre wash before the car goes into the actual wash to clean the front and top of the car. Their machine does an excellent job washing and drying the car, with no water spots. I also love how they have clean free microfiber clothes to borrow (it's literally the only carwash I've ever seen do that and it's amazing), free access to their high powered dewalt vacuum cleaners, free dash cleaner, free car scent, and about 10 stalls to dry your car. I am borderline abusive with my car. I refuse to pamper my car, I refuse to stress out over fears of things, dirt, mud, insects, sap, trees, pollens and etc, and at a glance at my car, you can tell that much about me. I've probably been to every single auto car wash there is, and I've never really been that impressed with the work. There is just nothing that beats a professional detail / clay bar experience, but the way this place addresses the shortcomings of auto car washes is impressive. First, this car wash has a very short run, maybe 3 car lengths to soap, scrub, rinse, wax, dry your car. With a run as short as it is, you can't expect much of any of these phases. Frankly, if someone said to me, this used to be a gas station and this car wash was attached to it, I'd believe it. Now, how do they overcome all this and advance to my 5 star rating? Well... Before your car goes into the auto wash, it gets scrubbed by a person with some soap and a soft brush. This really helps loosen up a lot of the dirt attached to your car. Then your car is fed to the auto wash. Often times, these auto wash do a poor job of loosening things, and sometimes, you're lucky if it doesn't ADD dirt from prior cars to your car. Post auto wash, the short blow dry did not dry my car sufficiently, and there were water stains on my car, and frankly, still some sap / bird poop / insect parts... BUT they offer a bin full of clean micro fiber towels and a bin to collect used towels and these towels enabled me to dry off the spots that didn't full dry, and not only that, but really dig into these spots that won't come off. With the unlimited plan, I can do a double run on my car in a session. Once to loosen the dirt and tough stains, then I can scrub it down and scrape off the tough residues and then... Run it through the wash again, and then dry it with it with a fresh towel, and that... Pretty much makes this place meet my exceedingly high expectations. Frankly this place still has a lot of issues, the gate arm experiences problems, there are water stains, the vacuums are a bit weak, some stalls only has 1 for the car, where clearly they intended there to be two, and so on ... BUT with all these things this place has provided to deal with it's short comings, I don't really find the short comings too impactful. Frankly, without these considerations, this place might even be 3 star spot, but, after these considerations, you can reliably get your car to spotless clean within 1-2 washes, bird poop and all, and that has allowed this place to earn my 5 star recommendation. They have a grand opening promotion right now and it's stupid cheap. 10 bucks for their best plan for the first 3 months. They can't even pay the guy who scrubs my car for that price. They're losing money at this rate, so check this place out quickly, before they backtrack on this deal. Also... Don't come during the times I come? It's going to really suck to wait in line for the wash... But... If any place is worth waiting in line for, it's this place. See you guys soon! read more

On a Saturday morning in mid June, I went to redeem a free car wash $20 coupon. It's located on previous car wash lot on Garfield. There was no line at 8:30am and manned my QR code for free wash. Next I head over to step 1 and the clerk rinsed my car and soap my car. Next I was able to go through the car wash. It was pretty easy and they got rid of most of bird droppings and my car was shiny. The best machine car wash in the area. Seems to be family run. The staff are friendly. There are a couple of employees who pre lather the car windows with soap. My car was very dusty and dirty and after going through their wash it came out super clean. There are three levels of service, I've done the highest for $20, but this time I chose the lowest that was $12 and my car came out just as clean. There are vacuum stations with strong vacuums and they also provide cleaning spray along with towels, which many car washes don't provide. The vacuums are installed...they work great... love the air (redhose) to clear water from the grill work. Also I like being able to use the new membership lane...the gate just open for ne and I drive thru to the car wash to be guided in. Also from day one, there are two staffers (who sometimes includes Rahel (the owner!); they use brushes and hoses to prewash the car by hand!! Helps get spots on the roof of the car and clear the tires of dust and debris. ..plus arshel is so nice and friemdly...I also like that it's a fast short wash that is generous with soap. Highly recommend a membership. I kept my moms car clear of sap from the trees where she parks, doing a wash at least three times a week. I used to travel to the Chemical Guys Car Wash in Lakewood because of the amenities. They had similar prices, but the shine, drying, and compressed air/ vacuums were great. Marvel came up and out recently and is absolutely awesome. They offer everything Chemical Guys does at a very great location in MP. Their Marvelous Wash is insane! My car looks brand new every time. They offer window cleaner and tire shine on the side to self apply. Their car wash gets your car very very dry, which makes things great. So impressed with this car wash! The customer service is great! The few times I've been on a Sunday afternoon, they was no wait. I've gone to another car wash in Alhambra and wait times were long compared to this place especially on the weekends. I love the convenient location right off Garfield and the fact that they actually scrub your entire car before it goes into the automatic car wash. By doing this, it actually cleans your car! The machines do a great job drying as well so you don't need to do much afterwards. However, if you do need to hand dry, they provide microfiber towels for your to borrow. SO thoughtful!! 2nd time going to this car wash because it's close by. Seems like it's family owned. It's different than the car washes everyone else goes to waiting in long lines. This car wash is convenient and still gets the job done. They have everything from free vacuum, air compressors, and even have clean towels for you! The owner is very nice! She takes care of you, and the staff helps you clean the car. After my car wash, the car next to me drove over a taco sauce package and it exploded all over my car. Amazing car wash and service! The lady who greeted me was so nice so sweet and explained to me what car wash they had. The gentleman do scrub your car before it goes through the tunnel to get washed again and at the end there are vacuum cleaners, towel towels if you haven't brought your own and trash cans and recycles there is also dash wipes and they had some cute air fresheners to freshen up your car, which is so cute so thoughtful and super sweet. I really like this car wash and I'm glad that I found it. The prices were great and I think you get everything in more for your money. I do believe they are in a soft opening is what I read and what it seemed but so far so great and I can't wait to see them grow. Very friendly staff. The lady at the entrance to the wash was very helpful in explaining the process of how the whole process works. She also offered me 2 dash wipes, as I declined the fragrance. After the wash, 2 different staff members approached me and asked if I needed help in drying the car. The manager (or owner?) was helping exchange dirty towels for new ones, or when I asked for a clean bucket of water to spot clean some areas. I'll come back again if I only needed an exterior wash. I stopped by the other day and tried their Marvelous Wash (premium package). I was honestly amazed at how clean my car came out. The location is new, and it shows--equipment is spotless and clearly well maintained. The brushes were clean, the soaps worked great, and unlike other places I've been, there was no wet rag/dog smell after the wash. Customer service was fantastic. The staff helped me along the way and pointed out all the free‑to‑use equipment. I didn't catch names, unfortunately, but everyone I interacted with was super kind. They're in a soft opening right now, so vacuums are portable for the moment. The team told me they'll have full vacuum stations and more bays available by their grand opening, which I'm looking forward to. Next time I'm going to try their basic wash to see if it delivers the same quality, since the Marvelous package includes waxing and that's not something I want to do often for my car. Note on pricing: the basic wash is $12 here, which is a bit more than the $10 I've seen at other places--but based on the quality of the wash, I think it's worth it. From what I can tell, the other tiers are pretty much evenly priced compared to nearby carwashes. Bottom line: I'm very satisfied with the wash.
