WOW! I can't believe my eyes! Our windows are literally sparkling inside and out! Before Frank and his associate Tate got here our poor windows spent many years being neglected, (other than an occasional attempt at cleaning them myself with windex), they were in terrible shape. The thought of someone coming into our home and cleaning every single window seemed so overwhelming that I kept putting it off...until...I gathered up the courage, looked on yelp, and chose Frank because of his many 5 star reviews. Am I ever delighted that I found him! He arrived promptly at the designated time and set right to work. To my surprise we didn't even have to move many things at all. We collect vintage, sometimes one-of-a-kind items, that I'm happy to report were treated with such care and thoughtfulness that after watching the guys at work for the first ten minutes I knew I had nothing to fear in regard to our treasures. Frank and Tate are so professional and a real pleasure to have in the home. They put on protective booties, were respectful and cordial the entire day, and stayed on task until every window was shining inside and out. They washed the screens and window jams so that the entire area is bright and clean. I think my daughter summed it up best when she got home from work and looked through the windows she said, "It's like looking at HD!" They left no mess whatsoever in our home...but transformed it into a dream house! If you're at all hesitant about who to hire...look no further! This team is superb! Great customer service. Very prompt to answer and they get back to you with an estimate super quickly. However, not competitive price-wise. Really costly. Ideal if you have zero time to get several bids or if you're not budget conscious. They got back to me with a bid a little over twice as much as what I ended up paying another company (that did a fantastic job). They offered to wash my windows for $1,100. I paid $500 with someone else. They did mention I'd pay "no more" than $1,100, and that this number would possibly go down the day of the job. But you don't go down from $1,100 to $500, obviously. It seems they do a great job so again, ideal for those who have no time or no financial restrictions. My advice: plan in advance and get 3-4 bids. read more

This was very easy!!! I simply red the great reviews, contacted Frank and got our windows cleaned today after a week! He is busy and there is a good reason for it. He came right on time for an estimate but since our windows were small he was actually able to clean them. His assistant told me on the phone that he charges minimum $100. He could easily add another $20 or $30 or ... because our windows were very dirty!!! but he didn't! He is very detail oriented, professional and he knows his job very well. Frank is beyond terrific. I have used two other well known services in LA that come in with huge crews and low estimates, and THERE IS NO COMPARE. It is like getting your car washed versus detailed. Frank and Joe took off every screen and cleaned, cleaned every window sill and carefully washed every window until the whole house sparkled! They were here all day and took such pride in their work. Frank is so professional and pleasant. The cost was slightly higher than I expected, but you do get what you pay for and I ended up giving them a big tip because I was so impressed. This guy takes it to another level. I was used to window cleaners in London, where they get in and out as fast as possible. Frank was here from 10 - 4. It was like watching an artist at work, so meticulous and so proud of his work. The windows are amazing and I don't actually think they'd ever been done before. There was a super fine film of paint over the windows when the exterior had been painted two years ago, no problem, was out there with wire wool and razors, getting it off. The screens hadn't been looked at in forever and he was their, brushing them down, spraying them down and letting them dry in the sun. And it was so so reasonably priced. Nice guy too, really interesting, had a few chats during the day and he's just a solid good guy who's very proud of his work and rightly so. Wish I had more windows for him to clean.
