Dr. Levine is highly skilled, has all of the newest dental tools for general dentistry and is in close contact with dental specialists, which I had the unfortunate opportunity to have to use. On another review site, someone mentioned that the receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude and has apparently been there for 30 years. They actually went to the dental office physically and stated that they wouldn't be returning because of her attitude. While I'm sure that Dr Jernigan is a good dentist based on the glaringly positive reviews that I have seen for him on a variety of sites, his awful receptionist is driving people away from him. If a business manager reads this review, please look at various site reviews for this business and see how many people are encountering this nasty receptionist who is driving people away from the office.

I was told NOT to contact North Decatur Dentistry with questions or issues, and to instead call the doctor who performed the extraction. But the paperwork had no phone number for that doctor. Sometime later I received a bill in the mail for over double what I initially paid. When I inquired with NDD, they told me they misinterpreted my insurance coverage and that's what I owe. It was a very frustrating experience, and I don't recommend it.
