They had a Halloween tree... like a ceramic Christmas tree that you sometimes see with the little pieces that fit into the boughs of the ceramic tree but in orange and purple. It started out as the standard pitch, "It's $15 a year and you get a $5 coupon each month, which could be applied to this purchase." THEN, dear friends, it took a turn. See, I was buying a Switch game, and here's where the situation, my tastes and needs, were effectively analyzed by a human who understood me. "You come in store to use it, but if there's nothing you want, you can buy a $5 Nintendo card to use on their e-shop whenever you want." Mind. Blown. Suddenly paying $15 a year was the best decision I could make. Sure, I got sold, but by a person who understands me and what I want. Someone like me. It felt good, it deserves five stars.

This time after making my order an hour before (approx 8pm with pick up at 11am the next day) I needed to order a few more items. The website said they were already shopping my order and I could not add anything further. Ugh! Went the next day and picked up my order and brought it home. Items I paid for were not there and the entire bag of potatoes was obviously rotten. Was told I'd be getting a survey and I never received it and no info of anyone to contact.
